این پژوهش به­ منظور بررسی اثر افزودن امولسی­ فایر لسیتین در جیره­ های حاوی سطوح متفاوت انرژی بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و جمعیت میکروبی روده جوجه ­های گوشتی انجام شد. تعداد 200 قطعه جوجه یک­روزه گوشتی (جنس نر) سویه تجاری راس 308 به 4 تیمار، 5 تکرار و 10 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار در یک آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی اختصاص داده شدند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: جیره حاوی روغن سویا با انرژی استاندارد، جیره حاوی روغن سویا با انرژی پایین، جیره حاوی روغن سویا با انرژی استاندارد + امولسی­ فایر، جیره حاوی روغن سویا با انرژی پایین + امولسی­ فایر بود. نتایج نشان داد که در مورد صفت افزایش وزن در کل دوره، با کاهش یافتن سطح انرژی وزن بدن جوجه ­ها افزایش یافت. همچنین در مورد صفت افزایش وزن در دوره پایانی و کل دوره، با افزایش یافتن سطح امولسی فایر، وزن بدن کاهش یافت. در مورد ضریب تبدیل، در دوره­ های آغازین، رشد و کل دوره، افزایش سطح امولسی­ فایر سبب افزایش ضریب تبدیل غذایی شد. در سایر صفات آزمایشی و دوره­ های مختلف پرورش اثرات آماری معنی­ داری با تغییر انرژی و افزودن امولسی ­فایر مشاهده نشد (0/05<p). درصد ران در جیره ­های با سطح انرژی بالا نسبت به سایر تیمارها بیشتر بود. ولی سایر صفات لاشه هیچ اثر معنی­ داری را نشان ندادند (0/05<p). هیچ­گونه اثری از تیمارها بر جمعیت میکروبی روده مشاهده نشد. نتایج مربوط به قابلیت هضم نشان داد که در مورد صفات ماده خشک، ماده آلی و چربی در جیره­ های استاندارد و حاوی امولسی­ فایر هضم کاهش یافت و در سایر صفات اثرات معنی­ داری مشاهده نشد (0/05<p). در کل می­توان بیان کرد که افزایش سطح انرژی سبب کاهش وزن و کاهش هضم مواد مغذی و افزودن امولسی فایر سبب کاهش وزن، افزایش ضریب تبدیل و کاهش هضم مواد مغذی شدند.
