چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: استفاده از آنزیم فیتاز در تغذیه طیور سبب افزایش زیست فراهمی فسفر، بهبود قابلیت هضم نیتروژن و اسیدهای آمینه و انرژی قابل متابولیسم ظاهری و در نهایت بهبود عملکرد طیور می‌شود. هدف از این آزمایش بررسی اثرات سطوح مختلف آنزیم فیتاز و ویتامین D3 بر خصوصیات تولیدی و کیفیت تخم بلدرچین ژاپنی بود.
مواد و روش­ ها: تعداد 540 قطعه بلدرچین ژاپنی تخمگذار در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل با 9 تیمار، 4 تکرار و 15 قطعه پرنده در هر تکرار استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1- تیمار بدون فیتاز وIU 1500 ویتامین D3، 2- تیمار حاوی FTU 500 فیتاز و  IU 1500 ویتامین D3، 3- تیمار حاوی FTU 1000 فیتاز و IU 1500 ویتامین D3، 4- تیمار بدون فیتاز و IU 2000 ویتامین D3، 5- تیمار حاوی FTU 500 فیتاز و IU 2000 ویتامین D3، 6- تیمار حاوی FTU 1000 فیتاز وIU 2000 ویتامین D3، 7- تیمار بدون فیتاز و IU 2500 ویتامین D3، 8- تیمار حاوی FTU 1000 فیتاز و IU 2500 ویتامین D3 و 9- تیمار حاوی FTU 1000 فیتاز و IU 2500 ویتامین D3. طول دوره آزمایش 56 روز بود که یک دوره چهارده روزه پیش آزمایش جهت انتخاب بلدرچین‌های یکنواخت از نظر تولید در نظر گرفته شد. در طول دوره آزمایش صفات عملکردی (درصد تولید تخم، میانگین وزن تخم، میانگین مصرف خوراک، ضریب تبدیل خوراک) و نیز صفات کیفی تخم بلدرچین (شاخص شکل، واحد هاو، شاخص زرده، وزن زرده و سفیده، وزن پوسته، ضخامت پوسته) و شاخص‌های خونی (کلسترول، آلبومین، HDL، گلوکز، پروتئین تام، کلسیم و فسفر) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که از نظر درصد تولید تخم، میانگین وزن تخم، واحد هاو، وزن پوسته، وزن زرده و ضخامت پوسته، تیمار 9 (تیمار حاوی FTU 1000 فیتاز و IU 2500 ویتامین D3) نسبت به گروه شاهد (تیمار یک) مقادیر بالاتری را نشان داد (0/05>p). ترکیب سطوح مختلف آنزیم فیتاز با سطح 2000 و 2500 ویتامین D3 موجب افزایش غلظت کلسیم و فسفر خون در مقایسه با تیمار یک (سطح صفر آنزیم و 1500 ویتامین D3) گردید (0/05>p).
نتیجه ­گیری: این آزمایش نشان داد که افزودن آنزیم فیتاز به همراه افزایش میزان ویتامین D3 (تیمار حاوی FTU 1000 فیتاز و IU 2500 ویتامین D3) در جیره بلدرچین‌های تخمگذار موجب بهبود درصد تولید و میانگین وزن تخم، کیفیت تخم بلدرچین و افزایش غلظت کلسیم و فسفر خون می‌شود.
