     به­منظور بررسی تاثیر پروتئین جیره و نانو­یاور بر عملکرد، تیتر واکسن نیوکاسل و پارامترهای خونی جوجه ­های گوشتی، آزمایشی به مدت 42 روز با استفاده از 240 قطعه جوجه­ ی گوشتی یک­ روزه سویه راس 308، در قالب آزمون فاکتوریل 2×3 با سه سطح پروتئین (پایین، متوسط و بالا) و دو سطح نانو­یاور (حاوی نانو­یاور و فاقد نانویاور) در یک طرح کاملاَ تصادفی با 6 تیمار و 4 تکرار و 10 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که از میان اثرات اصلی و متقابل سطح پروتئین جیره و نانو­یاور، تنها اثر اصلی سطح پروتئین جیره بر میانگین افزایش وزن در کل دوره معنی­دار بود. در رابطه با تیتر آنتی ­بادی ضد ویروس نیوکاسل تنها اثر اصلی نانو­یاور در روز 28 معنی­ دار شد. اثر اصلی نانو یاور بر تعداد گلبول­ های سفید معنی­دار بود، درحالی که درصد هتروفیل، لنفوسیت و نسبت هتروفیل به لنفوسیت (H/L) تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت. در کل نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که استفاده از سطوح بالای پروتئین جیره سبب بهبود عملکرد رشد در جوجه ­های گوشتی شد. به­علاوه، استفاده از نانو یاور باعث افزایش تیتر آنتی بادی علیه ویروس نیوکاسل و افزایش تعداد گلبول­ های سفید و به دنبال آن تقویت سیستم ایمنی پرنده شد.
