     به منظور بررسی تأثیر آنزیم‌های برون‌زاد بر عملکرد رشد، فراسنجه‌های خون و مایع شکمبه در گوساله‌های نر پرواری نژاد براون سوئیس از 18 رأس گوساله نر براون سوئیس، در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی استفاده شد. جیره‌های آزمایشی شامل: 1) جیره پایه (شاهد)، 2) جیره پایه + 5/0 گرم مخلوط آنزیمی در کیلوگرم ماده خشک و 3) جیره پایه + 75/0گرم مخلوط آنزیمی در کیلوگرم ماده خشک بودند. گوساله‌های تحت آزمایش با جیره‌های کاملاً مخلوط شامل 35 درصد سیلاژ ذرت و 65 درصد کنسانتره تغذیه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که جیره‌های آزمایشی تأثیر معنی‌داری بر میزان ماده خشک مصرفی، افزایش وزن روزانه، ضریب تبدیل غذایی گوساله‌ها نداشت (05/0p>)، اما در درصد قابلیت هضم ماده خشک تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده شد، بیش‌ترین و کم‌ترین قابلیت هضم ماده خشک به ترتیب مربوط به جیره پایه + 50/0 گرم مخلوط آنزیمی و جیره پایه +75/0 گرم مخلوط آنزیمی بود (05/0p<). هم‌چنین جیره حاوی 50/0 گرم مخلوط آنزیمی سبب افزایش pH مایع شکمبه شد (05/0p<). جیره‌های آزمایشی حاوی مکمل آنزیمی تأثیر معنی‌داری بر فراسنجه‌های سرمی خون (گلوکز، نیتروژن اوره­ای خون، تری‌گلیسرید و آسپارتات ترانس آمیناز) به‌جز آلانین ترانس آمیناز و نیتروژن آمونیاکی مایع شکمبه داشتند، بنابراین استفاده از سطوح مورد نظر مکمل آنزیمی ناتوزیم پلاس اثرات مثبتی بر عملکرد رشد گوساله­های پرواری براون سوئیس نداشت اما برخی از فراسنجه‌های سرمی و شکمبه­ای این حیوانات را افزایش داد.
