چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: با توجه به این که آنزیمها با افزایش در دسترس بودن مواد معدنی و قابلیت هضم پروتئین و اسیدهای آمینه، موجب بهبود قابلیت هضم جیره‌های غذایی می‌شوند، استفاده از آن ها به عنوان یک روش کارآمد برای افزایش سودآوری در صنعت طیور شناخته شده است. علاوه بر این، برخی از آنزیم‌ها قادر به هیدرولیز کردن کربوهیدرات‌های غیر نشاسته‌ای هستند که منجر به افزایش استفاده از انرژی خوراک و همچنین تأمین فسفر بیشتر با تجزیه اسید فایتیک می‌شوند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثرات مکمل ترکیبی شامل پروبیوتیک، پری­بیوتیک و آنزیم (شامل پروتئاز، فیتاز، لیپاز و انواع کربوهیدرازها) بر عملکرد تولیدی، متابولیت­ های خونی، پروفایل هورمونی و وضعیت انتی ­اکسیدانی در مرغ تخم‏گذار بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: آزمایش با استفاده از 120 قطعه مرغ تخم­گذار (سن 52 هفتگی) در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 3 تیمار، 8 تکرار و 5 قطعه مرغ در هر تکرار به مدت 8 هفته انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل تیمار شاهد (بدون افزودنی) و تیمارهای حاوی مکمل آنزیمی در سطوح 250 و 500 میلی‌گرم مکمل ترکیبی در کیلوگرم خوراک بودند. تولید تخم مرغ، وزن تخم مرغ و مصرف خوراک روزانه ثبت شد. صفات کیفی تخم مرغ و فراسنجه‌های بیوشیمی خون در پایان آزمایش بررسی شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که تیمار دریافت کننده سطح 500 میلی­ گرم در کیلوگرم مکمل ترکیبی، درصد تولید بیشتر، وزن توده تخم ­مرغ بالاتر و ضریب تبدیل غذایی پایین ­تری در مقایسه با تیمار فاقد مکمل (شاهد) داشت. درصد تخم ­مرغ­ های غیرطبیعی در همه تیمارهای دریافت کننده مکمل ترکیبی در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد کمتر بود (0/05p<). افزودن مکمل ترکیبی به جیره غذایی به طور خطی موجب افزایش مقادیر کلسترول، آلبومین، هورمون تری­یدوتیرونین، ظرفیت کل آنتی ­اکسیدانی و فعالیت سوپر اکسید دیسموتاز خون شد (0/05p<). در مقابل، غلظت‌های گلوکز، فسفر، اسید اوریک، آلکالین فسفاتاز، هورمون‌های TSH و T4، مالون‏دی‏آلدئید و نیتریک اکسید، مشابه فعالیت آنزیم‌های گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز و کاتالاز خون تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت (0/05p>).
 نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از مکمل ترکیبی در جیره غذایی مرغ ­های تخمگذار، به ویژه در سطح 500 میلی­ گرم بر کیلوگرم، در مرحله دوم چرخه تخم­گذاری تأثیر مثبتی بر عملکرد تولید و وضعیت سلامت دارد که ممکن است به افزایش وضعیت آنتی­ اکسیدانی و کاهش سطح تنش مرتبط باشد.
