چکیده مبسوط
 مقدمه و هدف: امروزه آندوتوکسمی یکی از مهم­ترین علل ناباروری در حیوانات مختلف یا انسان در اثر عفونت‌های مختلف باکتریایی است که این روند ناشی از ورود لیپوپلی­ساکارید موجود در دیواره سلولی باکتری‌های گرم منفی به داخل گردش خون می­ باشد.
لیپوپلی­ساکارید در فرآیندهای پاتوژنی که منجر به ورم پستانی و التهاب رحم می ­شود، دخالت دارد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی التهاب ناشی از لیپوپلی­ساکارید و اثر محافظتی کامپفرول که یک فلاونوئید طبیعی است و دارای خواص ضد التهابی و آنتی­اکسیدانی می­ باشد بر قابلیت تکوین برون­تنی تخمک گوسفند انجام شد.
مواد و روش­ ها: برای این منظور تخمک­ ها  در محیط کشت بلوغ در آزمایش اول با غلظت­ های صفر، ۱ ۰/۰ ،  ۱ /۰  ، ۱ و ۱۰ میکروگرم در میلی­ لیتر از لیپوپلی­ساکارید، در آزمایش دوم  با غلظت­ های صفر، ۱ /۰  ، ۱ و ۱۰ میکرومولار از کامپفرول و در آزمایش سوم با غلظت­ های صفر، ۱ /۰  ، ۱ و ۱۰ میکرومولار از کامپفرول به همراه لیپوپلی­ساکارید به مدت ۲۴ ساعت کشت داده شدند. بعد از بلوغ برون­تنی، تخمک­ های بالغ شناسایی و با اسپرم انکوبه شده لقاح داده شدند و درصد تسهیم و بلاستوسیست بررسی شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد غلظت­ های ۱ و ۱۰ میکروگرم در میلی­ لیتر از لیپوپلی­ساکارید منجر به کاهش معنی­ دار درصد بلاستوسیست در مقایسه با گروه کنترل شد (05<0/p)، اما مکمل­سازی محیط کشت بلوغ با غلظت­های مختلف کامپفرول تأثیری بر درصد تسهیم و بلاستوسیست تخمک­ها نشان نداد (05/0p>). به­ علاوه نتایج مربوط به غلظت­ های مختلف کامپفرول به همراه لیپوپلی­ساکارید نشان می ­دهد که کامپفرول اثر معنی داری بر درصد تسهیم و بلاستوسیست تخمک­ ها در شرایط التهاب ناشی از لیپوپلی­ساکارید ندارد (05/0p>).
نتیجه‌گیری: به­ طور خلاصه با توجه به داده­ های به­دست آمده می ­توان نتیجه گرفت، لیپوپلی­ساکارید وابسته به غلظت اثرات منفی بر تکوین تخمک گوسفند دارد و کامپفرول در بهبود این اثرات مؤثر نیست.
