این آزمایش به ‌منظور بررسی اثر اسید آلی (بایوترونیک) و زئولیت پوشش داده شده با نانوذرات نقره بر عملکرد و پاسخ ایمنی هومورال جوجه‌‌های گوشتی در شرایط تنش گرمایی با استفاده از تعداد ۳۷۵ قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک‌ روزه‌ی سویه کاب 500 در 5 تیمار، 5 تکرار و 15 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار و با استفاده از طرح کاملا تصادفی انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1) جیره شاهد، 2) جیره 1 درصدزئولیت بدون پوشش، 3) جیره 1 درصد زئولیت پوشش داده شده با 0/5 درصد نانو نقره، 4) جیره یک گرم بر کیلوگرم اسیدهای آلی 5) جیره 1 درصد زئولیت پوشش داده شده با نانونقره و یک گرم بر کیلوگرم اسید آلی بود. تنش گرمایی در هفته ششم در دمای  34 درجه سانتی‌گراد اعمال شد. شاخص­ های عملکردی جوجه ­ها به ‌صورت دوره‌ای اندازه‌گیری شدند. به منظور ارزیابی تیتر آنتی­ بادی علیه گلبول قرمز گوسفندی و تعداد و نسبت هتروفیل به لنفوسیت در پایان هفته‌های سوم، چهارم، پنجم و ششم دوره پرورش از جوجهها خون‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد تغذیه‌ی جیره غذایی حاوی نانونقره به همراه اسید آلی در مقایسه با جیره‌ی حاوی اسیدهای آلی و جیره‌ی شاهد، سبب کاهش وزن جوجه‌های گوشتی در دوره رشد (روزهای 42-21 پرورش) شد (0/05>p). همچنین در کل دوره پرورشی (42-1 روزگی)، ضریب تبدیل خوراک در جیره غذایی حاوی زئولیت پوشش داده شده با نانوذرات نقره نسبت به  شاهد، جیره حاوی زئولیت بدون پوشش و جیره حاوی اسیدهای آلی به‌ طور معنی­ داری بالاتر بود (0/05>p) . با این‌حال نتایج حاصل از آزمایش هیچ‌گونه اختلاف معنی‌داری را بین تمام تیمارهای آزمایشی روی سیستم ایمنی نشان نداد (0/05<p). با توجه به نتایج آزمایش سطوح استفاده شده نانوذرات نقره و اسید آلی تأثیر سویی بر سیستم ایمنی جوجه‌ها نداشته است اما جیره نانوذرات نقره منجر به افزایش ضریب تبدیل غذایی در جوجه ها گردید.
