     این تحقیق به منظور تعیین اثرات استفاده از پودر گیاهان دارویی آویشن و مرزه، همراه با آنزیم بر عملکرد، کیفیت لاشه و فراسنجه­ های خونی جوجه ­های گوشتی از سن 1 تا 42 روزگی انجام شد. آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 480 قطعه جوجه گوشتی (سویه­ ی راس 308) در 8 تیمار و 3 تکرار (هر تکرار دارای 20 قطعه جوجه) اجراء شد. جیره ­های آزمایشی عبارت بودند از: 1) تیمار شاهد (بدون استفاده از گیاهان دارویی)، 2) حاوی 1 درصد آویشن، 3) حاوی 1 درصد مرزه 4) حاوی تیمار شاهد + 05/0% مولتی‌آنزیم، 5) حاوی 5/0 درصد مرزه + 5/0 درصد آویشن، 6) حاوی 1 درصد آویشن + 05/0 درصد مولتی‌آنزیم، 7) حاوی 1 درصد مرزه + 05/0 درصد مولتی‌آنزیم، 8) حاوی 5/0 درصد مرزه + 5/0 درصد آویشن و  05/0 درصد مولتی‌آنزیم. نتایج بدست آمده از این آزمایش نشان داد که افزودن گیاهان دارویی مرزه و آویشن و مکمل مولتی‌آنزیم به­ طور معنیداری سبب افزایش وزن روزانه  و بهبود ضریب تبدیل غذائی در دوره رشد (21 تا 42 روزگی) و کل دوره پرورشی (0 تا 42 روزگی) در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد شدند (05/0>P). استفاده توام آویشن و مرزه سبب کاهش درصد چربی بطنی در مقایسه با تیمار 4 شد (05/0>P). غلظت کلسترول، تری­گلیسرید، آلبومین و اسید ­اوریک خون تحت تأثیر گروه­ های آزمایشی قرار نگرفت. کمترین درصد هتروفیل و نسبت هتروفیل به لمفوسیت در تیمار حاوی مخلوط آویشن و مرزه و مولتی­آنزیم مشاهده شدند (05/0>P). به طور کلّی نتیجه­ گیری می­شود که استفاده از مخلوط آویشن و مرزه و مکمل مولتی‌آنزیم اثرات مثبت بر رشد، کاهش چربی بطنی و صفات ایمنی دارد.
