     پژوهشی به ­منظور بررسی اثرات جایگزینی سطوح متفاوت سویای‌ پرچربی با کنجاله سویا بر عملکرد پرواری، فراسنجه‌ های تجزیه‌ پذیری ماده خشک و فراسنجه‌ های خونی بر روی 20 راس بره پرواری نژاد زل انجام شد. جیره پرواری با درصدهای متفاوت کنجاله سویای جایگزین شده با سویای‌ پرچربی تهیه شده بود. کنسانتره حاوی ۸ درصد کنجاله سویا بود که با درصدهای صفر، 33، 66 و 100 درصد سویای پرچربی جایگزین و سپس به نسبت 70 به ۳۰ با ذرت سیلویی مخلوط شد. فراسنجه‌ های تجزیه‌پذیری ماده خشک چهار جیره با روش in situ بر روی چهار راس گوسفند فیستوله‌ شده انجام شد. شکمبه‌ گذاری در ساعت‌ های صفر، 4، 8، 16، 24، 48 و 72 ساعت صورت گرفت. افزایش‌ وزن ‌روزانه و مقدار خوراک ‌مصرفی در تیمارهای آزمایشی تفاوت معنی‌ دار داشت (0001/0>p). همچنین ضریب‌ تبدیل‌ خوراک نیز تفاوت معنی‌ دار داشت (0103/0>p). فراسنجه‌های خونی در ابتدای پژوهش تفاوت معنی‌ دار نداشت. در انتهای پژوهش، در تیمارهای دریافت کننده سویای پرچربی، سطوح تری‌گلیسرید و گلوکز تفاوت معنی‌ دار نداشت اما مقدار کلسترول، لیپوپروتئین با چگالی بالا و لیپوپروتئین با چگالی پایین تفاوت معنی‌ دار یافت. اگرچه کلسترول (0024/0>p) و LDL (0108/0>p) افزایش یافته بود، اما مقدار HDL نیز افزایش داشت (0098/0>p). در آزمایش‌های in situ جیره‌های حاوی سویای پرچربی، در بخش‌های تندتجزیه (0112/0>p)، کندتجزیه (0188/0>p) و سرعت عبور 2 درصد در ساعت (0766/0>p) تفاوت معنی‌ دار داشت. نتایج تجزیه­پذیری ماده خشک، فراسنجه ­های خونی و افزایش وزن نشان داد استفاده از سویای پرچربی در جیره سبب افزایش عملکرد بره­ های پرواری می­شود.
