چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: بقایای کشاورزی پتانسیل خوبی برای استفاده در جیره نشخوارکنندگان به­ عنوان منابع انرژی دارند. عدم تعادل مواد مغذی و مقدار بالای لیگنین استفاد از این محصولات در جیره نشخوارکنندگان را با محدودیت مواجه کرده است. ارزش تغذیه­ ای این ترکیبات لیگنوسلولزی را به ­کمک روش­های مناسب عمل ­آوری می توان بهبود داد. این پژوهش به‌منظور بررسی تاثیر عمل‌آوری شیمیایی بر ارزش تغذیه ای بقایای خلر انجام گرفت.
مواد و روش­ ها: نمونه­ های بقایای خلر توسط هیدروکسید سدیم (50 گرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک)، اکسید کلسیم (160 گرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک)، اسید هیدروبرومیک (60 میلی‌لیتر در کیلوگرم ماده خشک) و پراکسید هیدروژن (57 میلی‌لیتر در کیلوگرم ماده خشک) عمل­آوری شدند. ترکیب شیمیایی نمونه­ها با استفاده از روش­های استاندارد AOAC تعیین شد. آزمایش تجزیه ­پذیری شکمبه ­ای با استفاده از تکنیک کیسه­ های نایلونی انجام شد. به ­منظور برآورد فراسنجه­ های تولید گاز، از آزمون تولید گاز استفاده شد. قابلیت هضم برون­تنی نمونه­ ها با استفاده از روش کشت بسته تعیین شد.
یافته ­ها: عمل‌آوری بر تغییرات ترکیب شیمیایی بقایا موثر بود (0/05p<). تیمارهای اکسید کلسیم، پراکسید هیدروژن و هیدروکسید سدیم باعث افزایش خاکستر شدند. به ­جز اسیدهیدروبرومیک، در سایر تیمارها مقدار پروتئین خام کاهش یافت. ترکیبات شیمیایی مقدار الیاف نامحلول در شوینده خنثی و الیاف نامحلول در شوینده اسیدی را کاهش دادند. مقادیر کل مواد مغذی قابل هضم، انرژی خالص برای شیردهی و انرژی خالص برای رشد در نمونه ­های عمل ­آوری شده افرایش یافتند. پتانسیل (0/0005p=) و نرخ تولید گاز، و فراسنجه­ های تخمینی مربوط به آن (0/0001p<) در نمونه­ های عمل ­آوری شده کمتر از شاهد بود. تیمارهای اسید هیدروبرومیک و اکسید کلسیم مقدار قابلیت هضم ماده خشک و تیمار اکسید کلسیم مقدار قابلیت هضم ماده آلی را در شرایط برون‌تنی کاهش دادند (0/0001p<). مقدار pH محیط کشت توسط ترکیبات شیمیایی افزایش یافت (0/0001p<). اما نیتروژن آمونیاکی بین تیمارهای مختلف یکسان بود. تیمارهای هیدروکسید سدیم، پراکسید هیدروژن و اسید هیدروبرومیک توده میکروبی تولید شده (0/0004p=) و بازده آن (0/0018p=) را افزایش دادند.
نتیجه ­گیری: در مجموع، هرچند که عمل­ آوری باعث کاهش ترکیبات دیواره سلولی بقایای خلر شد، اما تاثیر مثبتی بر فراسنجه­ های تولید گاز و قابلیت هضم برون­تنی نمونه­­ ها نداشت.
