   این تحقیق به‌منظور بررسی اثر دانه کلزا (خام و برشته) و سطح کنسانتره جیره بر عملکرد رشد و صفات کمّی و کیفی لاشه بره‌های نر نژاد لری انجام شد. برای انجام آزمایش، تعداد 54 رأس بره­ی نر 0/86±30 کیلوگرمی انتخاب شد. تیمارها شامل دو سطح دانه کلزا (خام و برشته) و سه سطح کنسانتره (60، 70 و 80 درصد) بوده که بر اساس آزمایش فاکتوریل با طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی (3×2) با سه تکرار (هر تکرار شامل 3 رأس بره) انجام شد. اثر دانه کلزا (خام و برشته) و سطح کنسانتره جیره بر افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل غذایی معنی‌دار شد (0/05>p). بیشترین افزایش وزن و بهترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی به‌ترتیب با میزان 230 گرم و 52/5 در بره‌های تغذیه‌شده با دانه کلزا برشته و 70 درصد کنسانتره بود. دانه کلزا (خام و برشته) و سطح کنسانتره جیره اثر معنی‌داری روی درصد گوشت لخم، درصد کل چربی لاشه و درصد لاشه سرد و گرم داشت (0/05>p). بالاترین راندمان لاشه، وزن لاشه سرد بدون دنبه و درصد گوشت لخم مربوط به بره‌های تغذیه‌شده با دانه کلزا برشته و 70 درصد کنسانتره بود (0/05>p). نتایج نشان داد خصوصیات کیفی از جمله pH، ترکیب شیمیایی و رنگ گوشت تحت تأثیر جیره‌های آزمایشی قرار نگرفت اما درصد گوشت لخم در تیمار 70 درصد کنسانتره و دانه کلزا برشته بیشتر از سایر تیمارها بود. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد تیمار دانه کلزا برشته و 70 درصد کنسانتره به دلیل خصوصیات عملکردی بالاتر و صفات لاشه بهتر نسبت به تیمارهای دیگر برتر بود.
