Fitting of regression equations for live weight to four biometric traits including height, body length, chest and abdomen circumference on number of 250 one-hump Semnani camels was performed using principal components analysis (PCA) method.  Excel was used for editing the data. PCA and multiple linear regression had done on SAS software with princomp and GlM procedure. In this study, analyze of principal components regression show that  height and body length traits have the maximum and minimum importance for estimating of weight trait respectively. while in ordinary least squares method, chest circumference had lower importance in estimating body weight.
