         این پژوهش به منظور مقایسه اثرات مصرف انواع افزودنی ­های خوراکی شامل پروبیوتیک­ ها، پره­بیوتیک ­ها و سین­بیوتیک ­ها در بلدرچین ­های ژاپنی انجام شد. تعداد 384 قطعه جوجه بلدرچین ژاپنی یک روزه به­ طور تصادفی در هشت تیمار  با چهار تکرار و 12 پرنده در هر تکرار (قفس) قرار گرفتند. جیره­ های آزمایشی (تیمارها) شامل: جیره پایه بدون افزودنی (شاهد)، پروتکسین 2/0 گرم بر کیلوگرم (پروبیوتیک)، مخمر دو گرم بر کیلوگرم (پروبیوتیک)، فرمکتو 6/1 گرم بر کیلوگرم (پره­بیوتیک)، تپاکس یک گرم بر کیلوگرم (پره­بیوتیک)، بایومین ایمبو یک گرم بر کیلوگرم (سین‌بیوتیک)، پروتکسین 1/0+فرمکتو 8/0 گرم بر کیلوگرم (سین­بیوتیک)، مخمر یک گرم+تپاکس 5/0 گرم  بر کیلوگرم (سین‌بیوتیک) بودند که به جیره پایه افزوده شدند. بلدرچین­ های تغذیه ­شده با جیره دارای افزودنی­ ها، مقدار مصرف خوراک و وزن بدن بیشتری داشتند (05/0p<). بهترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی به ترتیب در بلدرچین ­های تغذیه­ شده با جیره دارای افزودنی ­های تپاکس، مخمر، بایومین­ایمبو و فرمکتو مشاهده شد (05/0p<). مصرف افزودنی­ ها، سطح گلوکز، آلبومین، گلوبولین و ایمونوگلوبولین ­های A و G خون را تحت تاثیر قرار داد (05/0p<). در ماده­ ها که در اوایل دوران تخم‌گذاری بودند میزان تری­گلیسریدهای خون با مصرف جیره دارای سین­بیوتیک ­ها افزایش (01/0p<) و سطح LDL خون با مصرف‌ جیره دارای افزودنی ها به استثنای تپاکس و مخمر+تپاکس افزایش (01/0p<) یافت. در بلدرچین ­های نر تغذیه­ شده با جیره دارای افزودنی ­ها، غلظت ایمونوگلوبولین M، افزایش و سطح HDL خون کاهش (05/0p<) یافت. استفاده از سین­بیوتیک­ ها و پره­بیوتیک ­ها باعث بهبود عملکرد رشد، افزایش ایمونوگلوبولین ­های خون و افزایش نسبت آلبومین به گلوبولین (A/G) به عنوان شاخص فشار اسمزی خون شد. می ­توان بدون استفاده از واکسیناسیون و آنتی­بیوتیک­ ها، با مصرف افزودنی­ های خوراکی به ­خصوص سین­بیوتیک ­ها، ضمن حفظ و ارتقاء سلامت بلدرچین­ ها، در جهت تولید گوشت و تخم ارگانیک به نحو مطلوبی اقدام کرد.
