    به منظور ارزیابی اثرات سه اسید آلی (اسید فرمیک، اسید استیک و اسید پروپیونیک) و دو اسید معدنی (اسید سولفوریک و اسید کلریدریک) در سطوح صفر، یک، دو نیم و پنج درصد (حجم بر وزن ماده خشک مواد سیلویی) بر محتوای ماده خشک، ماده آلی، الیاف نامحلول در شوینده­ی خنثی، پروتئین خام، نیتروژن آمونیاکی، pH و فراسنجه­های تجزیه­پذیری شکمبه­ای ماده خشک و مواد مغذی شبدر سیلویی ایرانی، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با روش فاکتوریل 3×5 انجام شد. معادل سه کیلوگرم ماده خشک شبدر پس از برداشت در 15درصد گلدهی به صورت شاهد و تیمار شده به مدت 35 روز سیلو شدند. تجزیه­پذیری شکمبهای ماده خشک و مواد مغذی شبدر سیلویی با روش کیسههای نایلونی و با استفاده از سه رأس میش نژاد زل فیستوله شده (تقریباً دو ساله و با وزن 2±30 کیلوگرم) در طی زمانهای انکوباسیون صفر، 4، 8، 12، 24، 36، 48 و  72 ساعت، اندازهگیری شدند. تحت تأثیر نوع، سطح و اثر متقابل نوع و سطوح اسید محتوای الیاف نامحلول در شوینده­ی خنثی، نیتروژن آمونیاکی و pH مواد سیلویی کاهش یافت. فراسنجههای تجزیهپذیری ماده خشک، پروتئین خام و الیاف نامحلول در شوینده­ی خنثی مواد سیلویی به طور معنیداری تحت تأثیر نوع اسید و سطوح مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. همه مواد سیلویی عملآوری شده با اسید، دارای میانگین بخش سریع تجزیه ماده خشک و الیاف نامحلول در شوینده­ی خنثی بالاتر و پروتئین کمتری نسبت به مواد سیلویی شاهد بودند. افزودن اسیدهای آلی و معدنی منجر به افزایش ماده خشک قابل تجزیه شکمبه­ای، کاهش تجزیه­پذیری شکمبه­ای پروتئین خام و در مجموع سبب افزایش ارزش تغذیه­ای و کیفیت مواد سیلویی شد.
