     هدف از پژوهش پیش رو بررسی تأثیر هم­خونی بر صفات مرتبط با رشد شامل وزن تولد (BW)، وزن شیرگیری (WW) و متوسط افزایش وزن بدن (ADG) و صفات مرتبط با بازدهی مصرف خوراک شامل ضریب کلیبر (KR) و نرخ رشد نسبی (RGR) در گوسفندان نژاد مغانی بود. به این منظور پس از ویرایش اطلاعات و آماده ­سازی فایل شجره، ضرایب همخونی بره ­ها توسط نرم ­افزار CFC برآورد شد و بر اساس آن بره ­ها در سه گروه با همخونی صفر (00/0F=)، هم­خونی بین صفر تا 5 درصد (5%00/0) و همخونی بالاتر از 5 درصد (5%F>) گروه­بندی شده و عملکرد رشد و بازدهی مصرف خوراک آنها با استفاده از میانگین صفات مورد مطالعه در سه گروه مذکور با هم مقایسه شد. به جای استفاده از ضرایب هم­خونی خام افراد، پسروی ناشی از همخونی از طریق رگرسیون نمودن صفات مورد مطالعه بر روی ضرایب انفرادی افزایش در همخونی افراد ( ) در قالب یک مدل دام که شامل اثرات ثابت و تصادفی و همچنین ضرایب افزایش در همخونی افراد به­ عنوان متغیر کمکی همراه بود بررسی گردید. هر صفت با استفاده از 6 مدل توسط نرم­ افزار WOMBAT تجزیه و تحلیل شد و بهترین مدل توسط شاخص AIC انتخاب و در ادامه میزان پسروی ناشی از همخونی از بهترین مدل استخراج شد. میانگین هم­خونی در کل جمعیت 3/0 درصد و در جمعیت حیوانات همخون 99/1 درصد بود. روند افزایش همخونی در هر سال به میزان 07/0 برآورد شد که از نظر آماری معنی ­دار نبود. تعداد مؤثر جمعیت1 (Ne) به میزان 107 رأس برآورد شد که بالاتر از آستانه بحرانی مورد نیاز (100 رأس) جهت انجام انتخاب قرار داشت. افراد همخون در مقایسه با افراد غیر همخون وزن تولد و شیرگیری کمتری داشته، متوسط افزایش وزن بدن آنها کمتر بود و همچنین از نظر بازده خوراک که توسط ضریب کلیبر و نرخ رشد نسبی اندازه­ گیری شده بود در سطح پایین­ تری قرار داشتند، اگرچه از نظر آماری تفاوت بین افراد همخون و غیر همخون معنی­ دار نبود (05/0p>). تجزیه رگرسیونی نشان داد که به ازاء یک درصد افزایش در هم­خونی وزن تولد، وزن شیرگیری و متوسط افزایش وزن بدن به ترتیب به میزان 18، 31 و 31/0 گرم کاهش پیدا کرده است. این کاهش برای صفات ضریب کلیبر و نرخ رشد نسبی برابر 24/0 و 03/0 واحد بود. همخونی پایین در جمعیت و برآورد بالاتر از حد بحرانی Ne نشان داد که تنوع ژنتیکی در جمعیت در حد قابل قبولی قرار دارد. پیشنهاد می­شود که استراتژی های اعمال شده برای مهار نرخ همخونی ادامه یابند تا از افزایش هم­خونی در آینده جلوگیری شود.
