      آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثر آنتی­بیوتیک، اسید آلی، پروبیوتیک و پری­بیوتیک بر عملکرد و ریخت­شناسی روده­ی باریک جوجه­های گوشتی نر سویه راس 308 به مدت 42 روز و در شرایط گرمسیری انجام شد. آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 5 تیمار، 4 تکرار و 8 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار انجام گردید. تیمارهای آزمایشی عبارت بودند از: T1: جیره پایه، T2: جیره حاوی آنتی­بیوتیک اکسی­تتراسایکلین (150گرم/تن خوراک)، T3: جیره حاوی اسید آلی اورگاسید (3 کیلوگرم/تن خوراک)، T4: جیره حاوی پروبیوتیک پروتکسین (150 گرم/تن خوراک) و :T5 جیره حاوی پری­بیوتیک مانان الیگو­ساکارید (2 کیلوگرم/تن خوراک). نتایج نشان داد جیره‌های آزمایشی تأثیر معنی­داری بر خوراک مصرفی، وزن زنده و ضریب تبدیل غذایی نداشتند. طول نسبی ژژنوم و ایلئوم به وسیله پری­بیوتیک افزایش معنی­داری داشت (05/0P<). اسیدیته­ قسمت­های مختلف روده­ی باریک به طور معنی¬داری در اثر مصرف اسید آلی کاهش نشان داد (05/0P<). پروبیوتیک باعث افزایش معنی­دار طول ویلی در دئودنوم و ژژنوم گردید (05/0P<). همچنین مصرف آنتی­بیوتیک و پروبیوتیک باعث افزایش نسبت طول ویلی به عمق کریپت در قسمت ژژنوم روده­ی باریک شد (05/0P<). ضخامت لایه­ی ماهیچه­ای در ژژنوم و ایلئوم در اثر مصرف اسید آلی و پروبیوتیک کاهش نشان داد (05/0P<). به طور کلی نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان­دهنده اثرات مثبت مکمل­های مورد استفاده بر خصوصیات ریخت­شناسی روده باریک بود اما تفاوتی در عملکرد جوجه­های گوشتی ایجاد ننمود.
