چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: این آزمایش به منظور بررسی تأثیر استفاده از نمک­های کلسیمی اسیدهای چرب اشباع و غیر­اشباع (امگا-3 و امگا-9) بر عملکرد پروار، خصوصیات لاشه و برخی از خصوصیات بیوشیمیایی خون بره ­های نر آمیخته لری بختیاری × رومانف انجام شد.
مواد و روش ­ها: 49 راس بره نر با میانگین وزن اولیه 0/88 ± 29/97 کیلوگرم به طور تصادفی به 7 گروه مساوی تقسیم شدند. بره ­ها به صورت انفرادی با جیره ­های آزمایشی تغذیه شدند: 1) جیره پایه بدون پودر چربی (شاهد)، 2) جیره پایه به همراه نمک­ کلسیمی روغن ماهی )2٪ ماده خشک جیره( برای مدت 90 روز، 3) جیره پایه به همراه نمک کلسیمی روغن ماهی )2٪ ماده خشک جیره( برای مدت 45 روز، 4) جیره پایه به همراه نمک کلسیمی روغن زیتون )2٪ ماده خشک جیره( برای مدت 90 روز، 5) جیره پایه به همراه نمک­ کلسیمی روغن زیتون )2٪ ماده خشک جیره( برای مدت 45 روز، 6) جیره پایه به همراه پودر چربی اشباع )2٪ ماده خشک جیره( برای مدت 90 روز و 7) جیره پایه به همراه پودر چربی اشباع )2٪ ماده خشک جیره( برای مدت 45 روز. مصرف خوراک روزانه بره­ها ثبت و وزن بدن هر سه هفته یک بار اندازه­ گیری شد. در انتهای آزمایش از محل سیاهرگ گردن خونگیری انجام شد. پس از اتمام آزمایش، 28 راس از بره ­ها، وزن­ کشی و کشتار شده و وزن قسمت­های مختلف لاشه اندازه گیری شد.
یافته­ ها: در مجموع، تغذیه با نمک­ های کلسیمی روغن ماهی (منبع امگا-3) و زیتون (منبع امگا-9) باعث افزایش معنی­ دار افزایش وزن روزانه و کاهش معنی­ دار ضرایب تبدیل غذایی بره ­ها نسبت به گروه شاهد شد (0/04p= ). ولی روی میزان ماده خشک مصرفی تاثیر معنی­ داری نداشت. تغذیه با پودر چربی اشباع و غیر اشباع، تاثیر معنی­ داری بر غلظت گلوکز، کلسترول و تری گلیسرید سرم خون  بره ها نداشت. میزان لیپوپروتئین­ های با چگالی بالای سرم خون (HDL) در تیمارهای استفاده از پودر چربی بالاتر از تیمار شاهد بود، ولی بین تیمارهای استفاده از نمک کلسیمی اسیدهای چرب روغن ماهی، زیتون و چربی اشباع، تفاوت معنی­ داری مشاهده نشد. میزان لیپوپروتئین ­های با چگالی پایین سرم خون (LDL) در تیمارهای استفاده از اسیدهای چرب غیر­اشباع در دوره ­های زمانی 45 و 90 روزه با اختلاف معنی­ داری پایین­تر از تیمارهای استفاده از چربی اشباع و شاهد بود (0/01p= ). بره­ های مصرف کننده پودر چربی نسبت به گروه شاهد، بازده لاشه بالاتری داشتند. تغذیه با نمک­های کلسیمی روغن ماهی و زیتون، سبب کاهش چربی شکمی و چربی دور کلیه بره ­ها شد (0/03p= ).
نتیجه ­گیری: نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که مکمل­سازی جیره با نمک­های کلسیمی اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع ماهی و زیتون، سبب افزایش عملکرد پروار و میزان بهره­ وری بره ­ها می ­شود.
