fa تأثیر محدودیت کمی و کیفی خوراک جوجه های گوشتی در پیشگیری از بروز سندرم آسیتالقایی توسط لووتیروکسین The Effect of Quantitative and Qualitative Feed Restriction of Broiler Chicken on the Prevention of Ascites Syndrome تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research این آزمایش برای بررسی اثر محدودیت کمی و کیفی خوراک بر آسیت القایی توسط لووتیروکسین در جوجههای گوشتی سویه تجاری راس 308 به اجرا درآمد. تعداد 180 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک روزه در قالب یک طرح کاملأ تصادفی با پنج تیمار، سه تکرار و 12 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار تا سن 42 روزگی پرورش یافتند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل: 1)تیمار شاهد، 2)تیمارشاهد به همراه لووتیروکسین، 3)تیمار محدودیت 8 ساعت خوراکدر روز 7 تا 14 روزگی، 4)جیره با نود درصد احتیاجات غذایی سویه در سن 14-11 روزگی 5)جیره با نود و پنج درصد احتیاجات غذایی سویه در سن 14-11 روزگی. به‌منظور القاء آسیت در تمامی تیمارها بجز تیمار شاهد از روز25 آزمایش،6/1 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم جیره هورمون لووتیروکسین استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که در پایان دوره وزن بدن پرندههایی که تیمارشاهد بههمراه لووتیروکسین و محدودیت 8 ساعت از خوراک را دریافت کرده بودند بهطور معنیداری کمتر ازتیمار شاهد بود (05/0P<). همچنین ضریب تبدیل غذاییدر تیمارهای محدودیت 8 ساعته و نود درصد احتیاجات بهطور معنی‌داری بیشتر از تیمارشاهد بود (05/0P<). محدودیت غذایی تا سطح 95 درصد احتیاجات باعث افزایش معنیدار درصد سینه و همچنین محدودیت کمی و کیفی خوراک باعث کاهش وزن چربی محوطه شکمی نسبت به تیمار شاهد شد (05/0(P<. بهطور کلی نتایج نشان داد که محدودیت 8 ساعته محدودیت غذایی بسیار شدیدتری نسبت به محدودیت‌های غذایی 90 و  95 درصد احتیاجات غذایی میباشد و رشد جبرانی در پرندگان این تیمار کمتر از تیمارهای دیگر بود. This experiment was conducted to compare the qualitative feed restriction and meal feeding on the performance, carcass yield and Ascites syndrome in Ross-308 broiler chickens. One hundred eighty day-old chicks raised for 42-d in a completely randomized design with five treatments, three replicate<a name="_GoBack"></a>s and 12 chicks per each pen. Experimental treatments included: 1) ad-libitum intake, 2) ad-libitun intake plus levothyroxin (1.6 mg/kg of diet), 3) eight-hours feed restriction per day from 7 to 14 days, 4) Ninety-five percent of straw requirements, 5) Ninety percent of straw requirements. In order to induce Ascites, 1.6 mg /kg of levothyroxine hormone were added to all treatments except for the control treatment from the day 25 of the experiment. The results showed that at the end of the experiment, body weight of the chickens that were received levothyroxine and 8 hours of feed restriction were significantly lower than control treatment (P<0.05). It was also shown that FCR of the 8-hours restriction and 90% of the requirements treatments were significantly different with control (P <0.05).
