fa تغییرات ماهانه طول و پیرامون بیضه و خصوصیات منی در قوچ دالاق در فصل تولید مثلی و غیر تولید مثلی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>&nbsp; <strong>هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی تغییرات ماهانه خصوصیات منی و پیرامون کیسه بیضه قوچهای دالاق بود. نمونه های منی از چهار راس قوچ بالغ و سالم سه تا چهار ساله با میانگین وزنی 5 </strong><strong>&plusmn; </strong><strong>45 کیلوگرم و با استفاده از شوک الکتریکی، هر سه هفته یک بار، از خرداد تا آبان ماه سال 1387 جمع آوری و ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که اثر ماه بر پیرامون بیضه، طول بیضه، زنده مانی، تحرک، حرکت موجی و ناهنجاری ثانویه اسپرم معنی دار نبود (05/0 </strong><strong>P> </strong><strong>). بیشترین اندازه طول بیضه و تحرک و کمترین ناهنجاری ثانویه در مهرماه و بیشترین درصد زنده مانی و محیط اسکروتوم در تیرماه مشاهده شد. اثر ماه بر ناهنجاریهای اولیه معنی دار بود (05/0 </strong><strong>P< </strong><strong>) و بیشترین ناهنجاری در خرداد ماه مشاهده شد. با توجه به معنی دار نبودن تاثیر ماه های سال بر خصوصیات منی و بیضه، می توان حدس زد که احتمالاً تولید مثل قوچ دالاق تحت تاثیر فصل نبوده و در تمام ماه های آزمایش توانایی تولید مثل و باروری را داراست. بنابراین به نظر می رسد، قوچ دالاق حساسیت کمتری به تغییرات طول روز و فصل دارد و می توان از آن برای جفتگیری میش ها در زمان دلخواه استفاده نمود تا بره زایی در فصل مطلوب انجام شود. </strong></p> <table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"> <tbody> </tbody> </table> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The aim of this study was investigation of monthly changes of semen characteristics, length and scrotal circumference in Dallagh rams. Semen samples were collected from four healthy and mature rams of 3-4 years old with an average body weight of 45 &plusmn; 5 kg with an electro ejaculator in once three weeks since June to November 2008. Results showed that the effect of months on scrotal circumference, testicular length, viability, motility, wave motion and minor defects spermatozoa were not significant (p>0.05). Maximum testicular length, motility and the minimum minor defect were observed in October while the maximum viability and scrotal circumference were observed in July. Effect of months on major defects was significant (p<0.05) and the maximum major defects were observed in June. The effect of months on testis and semen characteristics were not significant. It can be &nbsp;concluded that the reproductive activities of Dallagh rams were not affect by season probably and they had reproductive capability throughout months of experiment.
