fa تاثیر گیاه دارویی کاکوتی (Ziziphora clinopodioides L.) بر عملکرد، فراسنجه های بیوشیمیایی و سلول های خونی در جوجه های گوشتی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>&nbsp; <strong>این تحقیق به منظور بررسی اثرات گیاه دارویی کاکوتی بر عملکرد، کیفیّت لاشه و فراسنجه های بیوشیمیایی و سلولهای خونی جوجه های گوشتی از 1 تا 42 روزگی انجام شد. آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 5 تیمار و 3 تکرار (هر تکرار دارای 20 قطعه جوجه) و با 300 قطعه جوجه گوشتی بصورت مخلوطی از دو جنس (سویه&shy;ی تجاری راس 308) اجرا شد. جیره&shy;های آزمایشی شامل 1) تیمار شاهد (بدون استفاده از گیاه دارویی)، 2) دارای 5/0 درصد کاکوتی، 3) حاوی 1 درصد کاکوتی، 4) حاوی 5/1 درصد کاکوتی، 5) حاوی 2 درصد کاکوتی بودند. نتایج نشان داد که افزودن گیاه دارویی کاکوتی در سطح 5/1 و 2 درصد به طور معنی&shy;داری سبب افزایش خوراک مصرفی در دوره رشد (21-42 روزگی) شد و افزودن 1 درصد کاکوتی ضریب تبدیل غذایی را در دوره رشد در </strong><strong>مقایسه با تیمار شاهد کاهش داد (05/0> </strong><strong>P </strong><strong>). درصد لاشه، ران، وزن نسبی کبد، سنگدان و روده کوچک تحت تاثیر قرار نگرفت. مکمل 1 درصد کاکوتی در مقایسه با شاهد سبب کاهش درصد چربی محوطه بطنی و افزایش درصد سینه شد (05/0> </strong><strong>P </strong><strong>). </strong><strong>افزودن گیاه کاکوتی تاثیر معنی داری بر </strong><strong>غلظت کلسترول، تری گلیسرید و گلوکز و درصد هتروفیل و نسبت هتروفیل به لنفوسیت خون نداشت. به طور کلّی نتیجه&shy;گیری می&shy;شود که استفاده از 1 درصد گیاه کاکوتی احتمالا دارای اثرات مثبت بر رشد و صفات ایمنی جوجه های گوشتی می باشد. </strong></p> <br> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of <em>Ziziphora clinopodioides </em>L. on performance, blood biochemical parameters and cells of broiler chickens. The experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with 300 broiler chickens (Ross 306) in 5 treatments and 3 replicates (with 20 chicks per replicate) from day 1 to day 42 of age. The experimental groups were 1), control without using medicinal plant &nbsp;2), 0.5% <em>Ziziphora clinopodioides</em> L., 3), 1% <em>Ziziphora clinopodioides </em>L., 4) &nbsp;1.5% <em>Ziziphora clinopodioides </em>L., 5), 2% <em>Ziziphora clinopodioides </em>L. The results showed that the addition of <em>Ziziphora clinopodioides</em> at 1.5 and 2% significantly increased feed intake in grower period and adding 1% <em>Ziziphora clinopodioides</em> to diet decreased feed conversion ratio, when compared to control group. In comparison to control diet, supplementation of 1% <em>Ziziphora clinopodioides</em> significantly decreased abdominal fat and increased breast percentage (p<0.05). There were not significant (P>0.05) differences in dressing, thigh and relative weight of liver, gizzard and small intestine. The addition of <em>Ziziphora clinopodioides</em> had not significant effect on cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations and heterophil and lymphocyte percentage.
