fa عوامل مؤثر بر تولید و سود شیر در گاوداری‌های شهرستان اصفهان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">شیر و فرآورده&rlm;های لبنی از جمله بهترین منابع تأمین پروتئین و کلسیم محسوب می&rlm;شوند و میزان مصرف آن </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نشانه&shy;ای از وضعیت تغذیه و بهداشت و تا حدودی سلامت آن جامعه می&shy;باشد. </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">با توجه به نقش تولید شیر و پرورش صنعتی گاو</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">شیری در امنیت غذایی و تولید ناخالص ملی و همچنین جایگاه استان اصفهان در بخش دامپروری کشور ایران، هدف از این مطالعه بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر تولید و سود شیر از طریق تخمین تابع تولید در شهرستان اصفهان </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بود</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">. جمع&rlm;آوری آمار با تکمیل 90 پرسشنامه از طریق نمونه&shy;گیری تصادفی ساده در سال 1390صورت گرفت. بر اساس</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">معیارهای</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">رایج</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">شناخته</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">شده اقتصادسنجی</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:2 mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">تابع کاب-داگلاس به عنوان بهترین نوع تابع تولید انتخاب شد. نتایج حاصل از برآورد تابع تولید شیر نشان داد که متغیرهای مقدار مصرف سالیانه برق و نهاده&shy;های خوراکی شامل، علوفه ذرت، کنسانتره و کاه، تعداد تلقیح مصنوعی و تعداد کل کارکنان روی میزان تولید شیر تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری و مصرف علوفه ذرت بیشترین تأثیر را در تولید شیر دارد. مثبت و کوچکتر از یک بودن تمام ضرایب برآوردی متغیرهای موثر بر تولید شیر نیز بیانگر آن است که مصرف این نهاده&shy;ها در ناحیه اقتصادی تولید (ناحیه دوم) صورت می‌گیرد. نتایج حاصل از برآورد تابع سود نرمال شیر نیز نشان داد که قیمت نهاده&rlm;های یونجه، ذرت علوفه&shy;ای، کنسانتره، هزینه دارو و هزینه هر بار تلقیح مصنوعی اثر منفی و معناداری بر سوددهی گاوداری&rlm;ها دارند در حالی که اثر متغیر حقوق سالانه هر نفر کارگر بر متغیر وابسته مثبت است. همچنین قیمت نهاده&shy;های خوراکی کنسانتره و ذرت علوفه&shy;ای بیشترین اثر را بر سوددهی گاوداری‌های شیری دارد.</span></span></strong> Milk and dairy production is the most important of calcium resources and its consumption quantity is sign of nutrition situation and society health. According to the importance of milk production and industrial dairy cattle breeding at food security and GDP, and also the role of Isfahan province in Iran&#39;s animal husbandry sector, the purpose of this study was to survey the effective factors on production and profitability of milk in dairy cattle farms of Isfahan Township. Data collection was done by completing via 90 questionnaires simple random sampling 2011. Based on well-known econometric criterio. Cob-Douglass function was selected as the best of type production function. Results of production function estimation showed that variables of annual consumption quantity of power, alfalfa, sorghum, chaff, number of worker have the effectiveness of positive and significantly on milk production. Sorghum consumption has the most effect. The total of estimated coefficient is smaller one and positive, therefore, input consumption performs in economic region. Results of normal profit function estimation showed that prices of alfalfa, sorghum, chaff; medicine cost and postiche inseminate cost have the effectiveness of negative and significantly, but annual wage the effectiveness of positive and significantly on profitability.
