fa تأثیر پروبیوتیک بر عملکرد و فراسنجه‌های ایمنی جوجه‌های گوشتی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>&nbsp;<strong> این آزمایش برای بررسی اثر پروبیوتیک بر عملکرد و فراسنجه‌های ایمنی جوجه‌های گوشتی انجام شد. این آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تیمار و چهار تکرار انجام شد. برای انجام آزمایش از 224 قطعه جوجه‌ گوشتی سویه راس 308 استفاده شد. جوجه&rlm;ها برای مدت 49 روز روی بستر پرورش داده شدند. جیره‌های غذایی بر اساس پیشنهاد&rlm;ها و جداول </strong><strong>NRC </strong><strong>در سه مرحله آغازین، رشد و پایانی تهیه شدند. در پایان دوره پرورش از هر واحد آزمایش یک قطعه جوجه گوشتی که کمترین اختلاف وزنی را با میانگین وزن آن قفس داشت، جهت تعیین خصوصیات لاشه کشتار شدند. برای خون&rlm;گیری سه قطعه جوجه گوشتی از هر قفس انتخاب شدند و خون&rlm;گیری در دو مرحله 28 و 35 روزگی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از پروبیوتیک سبب بهبود عملکرد شد، به طوری که جوجه&rlm;های گوشتی تغذیه شده با پروبیوتیک در دوره&rlm;های آغازین، رشد و پایانی در مقایسه با گروه شاهد، ضریب تبدیل غذایی کمتری داشتند. استفاده از پروبیوتیک سبب افزایش معنی‌دار بازده لاشه، وزن کل دستگاه گوارش، وزن پانکراس و طول روده‌های کور &rlm;شد. مقدار چربی حفره شکمی در جوجه&rlm;های تغذیه شده با پروبیوتیک (84/0 درصد) نسبت به گروه شاهد (8/1 درصد) کاهش معنی‌داری را نشان داد. به علاوه پروبیوتیک سبب کاهش </strong><strong>pH </strong><strong>روده و افزایش معنی‌دار تیتر گامبورو و نیوکاسل شد. با توجه به نتایج این آزمایش می&rlm;توان گفت که استفاده از پروبیوتیک سبب بهبود کیفیت لاشه، کاهش میزان چربی حفره شکمی و افزایش شاخص&rlm;های ایمنی جوجه&rlm;های گوشتی می&rlm;&rlm;شود. </strong></p> <br> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of probiotic on performance and immunity parameters of broilers. This research was done in a completely randomized design with four treatments and four replications (14 chickens in each). A total of 224 Ross 308 one-day old broiler chicks were used. The rations supplied on the basis of NRC recommendations in periods of startrer, grower and finisher. At the end of experiment, one broiler from each pen with similar weight to mean weight of that pen was slaughtered to determine carcass characteristics. For blood collection, 3 broilers from each pen were selected and blood samples were collected in two stages of 28 and 35 days. The results showed that the body weight improved with the use of probiotic in periods of grower and finisher. Broilers fed with probiotic in periods of startrer, grower and finisher in comparison with the control group had a lower feed conversion ratio. The carcass yield, total gastrointestinal tract, pancreas weight and caeca length were significantly increased when probiotics were added in rations. Broilers fed with probiotic had lower abdominal fat (0.84) in comparison with the control group (1.8). In addition a significant decrease was observed in intestinal pH in broilers fed with probiotic. The use of probiotic significantly improved the titers of gumboro and newcastle in broilers.
