fa شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی محدودیت‌ها و فرصت‌های تولید و بازاریابی مرغ ‎داری‌های گوشتی شهرستان کرمان Investigation and Ranking of Production and Marketing Constraints and Opportunities of Broilers in Kerman City مدیریت دامپروری و تولید مدیریت دامپروری و تولید پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده مبسوط مقدمه و هدف: مرغ و تخم&lrm;‌مرغ از غذاهای اصلی و تأمین‌کننده بخشی از پروتئین موردنیاز مردم جامعه هستند. در صورتی&lrm;که این صنعت با چالش مواجه شود، در واقع سلامت جامعه با چالش روبه‌رو خواهد شد. در حال حاضر، این صنعت در زمینه تولید و بازاریابی با مشکلات و معضلات عدیده‌ای روبه‌رو است. در مطالعه حاضر، تلاش شده &lrm;است ضمن شناسایی مشکلات و فرصت‌های پیش‌روی مرغ&lrm;داری‌های گوشتی شهرستان کرمان، این مشکلات و فرصت‌ها اولویت‌بندی گردند. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر کاربردی، از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی و براساس نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع پژوهش‌های ترکیبی (کمی-کیفی) است. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های اولیه، ابتدا از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، پرسش &lrm;نامه‌ای دقیق که تمامی اهداف پژوهش را پوشش ‌دهد تهیه شد و از قبل مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. برای سنجش روایی پرسشنامه‌ از روش روایی صوری و محتوایی و به‌منظور تعیین پایایی آن از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. داده‌ها به &lrm;روش مصاحبه شخصی طی سال&lrm; های 1400-1399 گردآوری شدند. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر را در بخش کیفی، خبرگان صنعت طیور و در بخش کمی، تولیدکنندگان مرغ &lrm;داری‌های گوشتی شهرستان کرمان تشکیل می‌دادند. نمونه در بخش کیفی شامل شش تن از متخصصین و خبرگان حوزه صنعت طیور بود که به&lrm; روش گلوله&lrm; برفی انتخاب شدند. تعداد نمونه در بخش کمی با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 45 نفر بود. با توجه به این که تعدادی از پرسشنامه‌ها بازگشت یا به‌طور کامل پاسخ داده نشدند، در نهایت 25 پرسش&lrm;نامه جهت مطالعه مورد تائید قرار گرفتند. به &lrm;منظور رتبه‌بندی محدودیت‌ها و فرصت‌های مورد توافق در مطالعه، از روش رتبه‌بندی گرت استفاده شد. در مرحله اول، این رتبه‌بندی به موقعیت‌های درصدی و در گام دوم، موقعیت‌های درصدی هر رتبه با استفاده از جدول ارائه &lrm;شده توسط گرت و وودورث (1969) به نمرات تبدیل شدند. سپس برای هر عامل، نمرات هر یک از پاسخ‌گویان با هم جمع و بر تعداد کل پاسخ‌دهندگان تقسیم شدند تا میانگین نمره هر عامل به‌دست آید. این میانگین نمرات برای همه عوامل به‌ترتیب نزولی مرتب شد، محدودیت‌ها و فرصت‌ها بر این اساس رتبه‌بندی شدند و عامل دارای بالاترین میانگین نمره به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین محدودیت یا فرصت در دسته مربوطه در نظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: با توجه به نتایج، اولین و مهم‌ترین محدودیت تولید شناسایی&lrm; شده توسط مرغ &lrm;داران، هزینه بالای نهاده‌ها با میانگین نمره 78/2 است. دومین و سومین محدودیت به‌ترتیب عدم حمایت دولت و کمبود نهاده‌های موردنیاز با میانگین نمره‌های 71/1 و 64/4 هستند. بنا بر این، تولیدکنندگان با مشکل جدی در تأمین نهاده‌ها و تأمین نقدینگی مورد نیاز به&lrm;دلیل افزایش قیمت نهاده‌ها مواجه هستند و این موضوع در نهایت باعث کاهش جوجه&lrm;ریزی می&lrm;شود. همچنین، کم‌اهمیت‌ترین محدودیت‌ها به‌ترتیب روش‌های نامناسب مدیریت با میانگین نمره 20/3 و شرایط آب و هوایی نامناسب با میانگین نمره 38/2 شناخته شدند. مهم‌ترین فرصت‌های تولید صنعت مرغداری شهرستان به‌ترتیب رشد جمعیت و افزایش تقاضا با میانگین نمره 78/1، وجود زمین با میانگین نمره 67/5 و فراوانی نیروی کار با میانگین نمره 60/1 در بالاترین درجه اهمیت قرار دارند. از طرف دیگر، به‌ترتیب فرصت‌های فراوانی نهاده‌ها، سیاست‌های حمایتی و تشویقی دولت و اعطای وام و اعتبار توسط نهادهای ذیربط به‌عنوان کم‌اهمیت‌ترین فرصت‌ها از دید تولیدکنندگان معرفی شدند. مهم‌ترین محدودیت‌های بازاریابی نیز به‌ترتیب وجود واسطه‌ها با میانگین نمره 71/6، عدم ثبات قیمت محصول با میانگین نمره 70/3 و پایین&lrm;بودن قیمت محصول با میانگین نمره 69/5 هستند. یکی از مهم‌ترین مشکلات صنعت مرغ &lrm;داری، دلال&lrm; محور بودن آن است و دلال‌ها تعیین‌کننده سرنوشت تولید این صنعت در شهرستان شناسایی شدند. حضور پررنگ واسطه‌ها، هم در بازار تولیدات کشاورزی و هم در بازار خوراک دام به‌چشم می‌خورد. افزایش و نوسانات قیمت محصول نیز نتیجه حضور دلال‌ها در این بخش است. کم‌اهمیت‌ترین محدودیت‌ها، به‌ترتیب تقاضای پایین مصرف&lrm;کننده با میانگین نمره 20/7 و کیفیت پایین محصول با میانگین نمره 22/5 معرفی شدند. به‌ترتیب تقاضای مستمر برای محصولات با میانگین امتیاز 71/6، دسترسی به بازار با میانگین امتیاز 61/5 و دسترسی به امکانات حمل و نقل با میانگین امتیاز 55/8 به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین فرصت‌های بازاریابی صنعت مرغ&lrm;داری شهرستان کرمان در بالاترین درجه اهمیت قرار دارند. از طرف دیگر، وجود کارخانه‌ها و صنایع تبدیلی و سیاست دولت در مورد تجاری‌سازی کشاورزی و تأکید عمده بر بخش دام، به‌عنوان کم‌اهمیت‌ترین فرصت‌ها از دید تولیدکنندگان شناسایی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می &lrm;دهند که هزینه بالا و کمبود نهاده‌ها مهم‌ترین محدودیت‌های تولید مرغ &lrm;داری‌های گوشتی شهرستان کرمان هستند. مهم‌ترین اقلام مورد استفاده در تغذیه طیور (ذرت و کنجاله سویا) از طریق تخصیص ارز دولتی از دیگر کشورها وارد می‌شوند. متأسفانه، نهاده موردنیاز تولیدکنندگان به‌طور کامل تأمین نمی‌شود و در نهایت نهاده با قیمتی متفاوت از نرخ دولتی عرضه می‌شود. بی‌شک، عدم توجه به حل مشکل تأمین به‌موقع نهاده‌ دامی مرغ&lrm;داران و یا عدم قیمت‌گذاری مناسب، ضرر و زیان سنگینی را متوجه صنعت طیور گوشتی در شهرستان خواهد کرد و مرغ&lrm; داران دیگر توان تولید و جوجه‌ریزی مورد درخواست را نخواهند داشت؛ این موضوع کاهش تولید و در نتیجه افزایش قیمت مصرف‌کننده را در پی خواهد داشت. نظارت دولت و دستگاه‌های نظارتی بر خرید و عرضه نهاده‌های دامی به تولیدکنندگان، حذف واسطه‌ها از طریق تشکیل شرکت تعاونی، ارائه خدمات مشاوره‌ای تخصصی به تولیدکنندگان و پرورش‌دهندگان از طریق مراکز آموزش دولتی و خصوصی و نظارت بر عرضه سوخت از پیشنهادات مطالعه حاضر به‌شمار می‌روند. </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Extended Abstract Background: Chicken and eggs are one of the main foods and provide part of the protein needed by society. If this industry faces a challenge, then the health of society will face a challenge. Currently, this industry in the field of production and marketing is facing many problems and dilemmas. The present study has tried to prioritize these problems and opportunities while identifying the problems and opportunities facing poultry farms in Kerman City. Methods: The present applied research is a descriptive-survey type and a mixed (quantitative-qualitative) type of research, based on the data collection method. To collect primary data, a detailed questionnaire covering all research objectives was prepared and tested in advance. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were measured using face and content validity, and the Cronbach's alpha method, respectively. Data were collected through personal interviews during 2020-2021. The statistical population of the current research consisted of experts in the poultry industry in the qualitative part and producers of meat poultry farms in Kerman City in the quantitative part. The sample in the qualitative section included six specialists and experts in the poultry industry field, who were selected by the snowball method. There were 45 samples in the quantitative section using Cochran's formula. Because some of the questionnaires were not returned or not fully answered, 25 questionnaires were finally approved for the study. The limitations and opportunities agreed in the study were ranked using Garrett's ranking method. In the first step, this ranking was converted into percentage positions, and in the second step, the percentage positions of each rank were converted into scores using the table provided by Garrett and Woodworth (1969). For each factor, the scores of each respondent were then added together and divided by the total number of respondents to obtain an average score. These average scores for all factors were sorted in descending order, constraints and opportunities were ranked accordingly, and the factor with the highest average score was considered the most important constraint or opportunity in the respective category. Results: According to the results, the first and most important limitation of production identified by poultry farmers is the high cost of inputs, with an average score of 78.2. The second and third limitations are the lack of government support and the lack of required inputs, with average scores of 71.1 and 64.4, respectively. Therefore, producers are facing a serious problem in providing both inputs and the required liquidity due to the increase in the price of inputs, an issue that reduces hatching. Moreover, the least important limitations were identified as inappropriate management methods and unfavorable weather conditions, with average scores of 20.3 and 38.2, respectively. The most important production opportunities of the poultry industry in Kerman City are the population growth and increased demand (average score 78.1), availability of land (average score 67.5), and abundance of labor (average score 60.1). On the other hand, the abundance of inputs, the government's support and encouragement policies, and the granting of loans and credits by relevant institutions were respectively introduced as the least important opportunities from the producers’ point of view. The most important marketing limitations are, respectively, the presence of intermediaries (average score 71.6), the instability of the product price (average score 70.3), and the low price of the product (average score 69.5). One of the most important problems of the poultry industry is that it is broker-oriented, and brokers were identified as determining the fate of the production of this industry in the city. The strong presence of intermediaries can be seen both in the agricultural product and animal feed markets. The increase and fluctuation of the product price are also the result of the presence of brokers in this sector. The least important restrictions were introduced as low consumer demand and low product quality, with average scores of 20.7 and 22.5, respectively. Continuous demand for products (average score 71.6), access to the market (average score 61.5), and access to transportation facilities (average score 55.8 are the most important marketing opportunities of the poultry industry in Kerman City, respectively. On the other hand, the existence of factories and conversion industries, the government's policy on agricultural commercialization, and major emphasis on the livestock sector were identified as the least important opportunities from the producers' point of view. Conclusion: The results showed that the most important production limitations of meat poultry farms in Kerman City are high cost and lack of inputs. The most important items used in poultry feed (corn and soybean meal) are imported from other countries through government currency allocation. Unfortunately, the input required by the producers is not fully provided, and finally, the input is supplied at a price different from the government rate. Undoubtedly, failure to pay attention to solving the problem of timely provision of livestock inputs for poultry farmers or lack of proper pricing will cause heavy losses to the broiler industry in the city, and poultry farmers will no longer have the ability to produce and hatch the requested chicks. This issue will reduce production and, as a result, will increase the consumer price.
