fa اثر شاخص انتخاب بر عملکرد و کیفیت پیله لاین‌های خالص و آمیخته کرم ابریشم تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p align="right" style="DIRECTION: rtl"><font face="Times New Roman"><span 14pt="" 2="" dir="rtl" en-us="" fa="" font-size:="" lang="FA" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" mso-fareast-language:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" new="" style="FONT-FAMILY: " times="">در این تحقیق تاثیر انتخاب به وسیله شاخص بر عملکرد آمیخته‌های </span><span 12pt="" 2="" en-us="" fa="" font-size:="" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-bidi-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" mso-fareast-language:="" new="" style="FONT-FAMILY: " times="">F₁</span><span dir="rtl"></span><span 14pt="" 2="" dir="rtl" en-us="" fa="" font-size:="" lang="FA" mso-ansi-language:="" mso-ascii-font-family:="" mso-bidi-language:="" mso-fareast-font-family:="" mso-fareast-language:="" mso-hansi-font-family:="" new="" style="FONT-FAMILY: " times=""><span dir="rtl"></span> حاصل از تلاقی دو لاین تجاری 153 و 154 در مقایسه با گروه شاهد (آمیخته‌هایی از همین لاین‌ها که به روش تصادفی انتخاب شده بودند)، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. هر یک از این لاین‌ها 9 نسل متوالی تحت برنامه انتخاب به وسیله شاخص قرار گرفته بودند. گروه انتخابی وگروه شاهد، توسط برخی نوغانداران در شهرستان‌های لنگرود، انزلی و صومعه‌سرا، در بهار 1387 در شرایط روستایی (تلنبار) پرورش یافتند. در پایان پرورش حدود یک کیلوگرم پیله تولیدی از محصول هر جعبه در گروه‌های انتخابی و شاهد به عنوان نمونه جمع‌آوری و برای صفات وزن پیله، وزن قشر پیله و درصد قشر پیله مورد رکوردگیری انفرادی قرار گرفتند. همچنین خصوصیات خانوادگی مربوط به تولید، مانند درصد پیله‌های خوب، متوسط، ضعیف، دوبل، وزن کل پیله تولیدی هر جعبه، تعداد پیله در لیتر، درصد ماندگاری شفیره و کل پیله تولیدی در هرگروه، مورد رکوردگیری و آنالیز قرار‌ گرفتند. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از مقایسه میانگین‌ها و نتایج حاصل از درجه‌بندی پیله‌ها می‌توان نتیجه گیری کرد که انجام انتخاب به روش شاخص در طی نه نسل باعث افزایش در وزن قشر و درصد قشر در پیله‌های تولیدی شده است، ولی مقدار تولید پیله به ازای هر جعبه تخم نوغان، به دلیل حساسیت بیشتر لاروها و شفیره‌های گروه انتخابی، به بیماریهای شایع کرم ابریشم در مقایسه با گروه شاهد کاهش یافت. </span></font></p> <br> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In this experiment, the effect of selection index on performance of F1 hybrids was investigated in two commercial lines (153 and 154) in comparison with control groups (hybrids from the same lines that were selected randomly). These lines were affected by selection index program during 9 successive generations. Selected and non-selected groups were reard in village condisions by some sericulturer in Langerud, Anzali and Somesara cities in the spring of 2008. At the end of rearing, one kg of producted cocoon was collected from each selected and control groups for analyzing of cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell percentage. Also family traits such as the best cocoon percentage, middle cocoon percentage, low cocoon percentage, double cocoon percentage, mean of cocoon production, larva vitality rate and pupa vitality rate in each group were recorded and analyzed.
