fa تاثیر سطو‌ح مختلف انرژی بر متابولیت‌های خونی، جمعیت باکتریایی روده و عملکرد جوجه‌های گوشتی نژاد آرین The Effect of Different Energy Level on Blood Metabolites, Bacterial Population of Small Intestine and Performance of Arian Broiler Chickens فیزیولوژی فیزیولوژی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">چکیده مبسوط مقدمه و هدف: پرورش دهندگان جوجه گوشتی بر اساس قیمت اقلام خوراک در بازار و امکان دسترسی به آنها، تجربه و سلیقه خود، از جیره هایی با ویژگی های گوناگون برای تغذیه جوجه ها استفاده می نمایند. اولین ویژگی جیره که مورد توجه قرار می گیرد، سطح انرژی جیره است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر سطوح مختلف انرژی بر متابولیت های خونی، حمعیت میکروبی و عملکرد جوجه های گوشتی سویه آرین بود. مواد و روش ها: در این پژوهش از 200 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نژاد آرین یک روزه استفاده شد. پژوهش طی شش هفته و در غالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تیمار، پنج تکرار و 10 قطعه در هر تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای مورد پژوهش شامل: 1- تیمار شاهد با سطح انرژی توصیه راهنما، 2- 50 کیلوکالری بر کیلوگرم انرژی کمتر نسبت به شاهد، 3- 100 کیلوکالری بر کیلوگرم انرژی کمتر نسبت به شاهد و 4- 150 کیلوکالری بر کیلوگرم انرژی کمتر نسبت به شاهد بود. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که، کاهش سطح انرژی جیره تا سطح 150 کیلوکالری بر کیلوگرم نسبت به جیره کنترل، تأثیری بر افزایش وزن، ضریب تبدیل غذایی و فلور میکروبی نداشت  (0/05<p)<p)،>. همچنین در مورد فراسنجه های خونی، با کاهش سطح انرژی، مقدار گلوکز و لیپو پروتئین های با دانسیته بالا (HDL) افزایش معنیداری را نشان دادند (0/05>p). هیچگونه اثری از تیمارها بر جمعیت باکتریایی روده مشاهده نشد نتیجه گیری: نتایج این آزمایش نشان می دهد که کاهش انرژی بر عملکرد پرنده تاثیری ندارد و نشان دهنده آن است که میتوان انرژی جیره در گله های آرین را تا سطوح حتی کمتر از 150 کیلوکالری بر کیلوگرم نسبت به جیره کنترل نیز کاهش داد که این موضوع نیاز به انجام آزمایشات تکمیلی دیگری دارد. همچنین با کاهش سطح انرژی، درصد سینه کاهش پیدا کرد که نیاز دارد نسبت انرژی به پروتیین در راهنمای این نژاد باید مورد بازبینی قرار گیرد.</p)،></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: The Broiler breeders use diets with different characteristics to feed the chickens based on the price of feed items in the market and the availability of them, their experience and taste. The aim of this experiment was to evaluate the effect of different energy level on blood metabolites, bacterial population of small intestine and performance of Arian broiler chickens. Material and Methods: In this study, 200 commercial broiler chickens of Arian commercial breed were used in a completely randomized design with four treatments, five replications and 10 chickens per replication. Treatments included, 1: control treatment with the recommended energy level of the guideline;2: 50 kcal / kg less energy than the control; 3: 100 kcal / kg less energy than the control and, 4:150 kcal / kg less energy than the control. Results: The results of the experiment showed that reduce the energy level of the diet on weight gain, feed conversation ratio and were ineffective (p>0.05) but at 24 and 35 days of age, it increased feed intake also increased the level of breast in treatment 3 and 4 and increased blood glucose and HDL (p<0.05). No effect of treatments was observed on intestinal microbial population.
