fa تأثیر سطوح متفاوت ژل رویال بر ویژگی های تولید مثلی مرغ های مولد بومی مازندران Effect of Different Levels of Royal Jelly on the Reproductive Characteristics of Native Breeder Hens فیزیولوژی فیزیولوژی پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">به منظور بررسی تزریق ژل رویال بر ویژگی های تولید مثلی مرغ های مولد بومی مازندران، پژوهشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تیمار (صفر، نیم، یک و یک و نیم میلی گرم در کیلوگرم وزن بدن)، سه تکرار و ده قطعه مرغ در هر تکرار انجام شد. تفاوت معنی داری در نرخ جوجه درآوری، در بین تیمارهای ژل رویال و گروه شاهد مشاهده نشد (0/05<p). غلظتهای تری گلیسرید و VLDL در تیمار نیم و یک میلی گرم ژل رویال نسبت به تیمارهای یک و نیم میلی گرم ژل رویال و شاهد افزایش معنی داری داشت (0/05>p). وزن بدن در تیمار یک میلی گرم ژل رویال نسبت به تیمار شاهد افزایش معنی داری نشان دادند (0/05>p). وزن تخم مرغ های جمع آوری شده در هفته پس از تزریق ژل رویال، در تیمار یک میلی گرم ژل رویال نسبت به تیمارهای شاهد و نیم میلی گرم افزایش معنی داری داشت (0/05>p). پهنای تخممرغ در تیمار نیم میلیگرم ژل رویال نسبت به تیمار شاهد در هفته اول تزریق و همچنین در تیمار یک و نیم میلی گرم ژل رویال نسبت به تیمارهای شاهد و نیم میلیگرم ژل رویال در هفته دوم تزریق، افزایش معنی داری داشت (0/05>p). شاخص شکل تخم در تیمار نیم میلی گرم نسبت به تیمارهای یک و نیم میلی گرم ژلرویال و گروه شاهد به طور معنی داری افزایش یافت (0/05 >p). با توجه به نتایج، تزریق ژل رویال میتواند بر ویژگی های تخم مرغ تاثیر بگذارد. برای نتیجه گیری بهتر لازم است که سطوح بیشتر از ژل رویال و همچنین افزایش مدت تزریق در نظر گرفته شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">     In order to investigate the effect of royal jelly on the reproductive characteristics of Mazandaran native breeder hens, a study was conducted in completely randomized design with four treatments (zero, 0.5, 1 and 1.5 mg Royal jelly /kg BW), three replications and ten hens in each replicate. There was no significant difference in hatching rate between royal jelly and control treatments (p<0.05). Triglyceride and VLDL concentrations were significantly higher in the 0.5 and 1 mg treatment compared to the 1.5 mg of royal jelly and control treatments (p<0.05). Body weight in the treatment of 1 mg of royal jelly showed a significant increase compared to the control treatment (p<0.05). The weight of collected eggs in the week after royal jelly injection, was significantly increased in the 1 mg treatment compared to the control and 0.5 mg treatments (p<0.05). Egg width increased in the 0.5 mg treatment compared to the control treatment in the first week of injection and also in the 1.5 mg treatment compared to the control and 0.5 mg royal jelly treatments in the second week of injection (p<0.05). Egg shape index significantly increased in the 0.5 mg treatment compared to the 1.5 mg of royal jelly and the control treatments (p<0.05). According to the results, royal jelly injection can affect the characteristics of the egg.
