fa بررسی تأثیر مخمر غنی از مانان الیگوساکارید و سین بیوتیک بر عملکرد رشد، فراسنجه های خونی و ویژگی های لاشه بره های نر زل در زمان از شیرگیری Effect of Yeast Riched with Mannan Oligosacharid and Symbiotic on Growth Performance, Blood Parameters and Carcasses Charchtristics in Weaning Male Zel Lambs تغذیه نشخوارکنندگان تغذیه نشخوارکنندگان پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">   هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثر مخمر غنی از مانان الیگوساکارید و سینبیوتیک بر عملکرد رشد، برخی فراسنجه های خونی و ویژگیهای کمی و کیفی لاشه بره های نر در زمان از شیرگیری بود. این تحقیق در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با روش فاکتوریل 3×2 با 6 تکرار روی 36 رأس بره نر زل انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل، 1- تیمار شاهد بدون افزودن مکمل، 2- تیمار حاوی سطح 2 گرم سینبیوتیک، 3- تیمار حاوی سطح 2 گرم مانان الیگوساکارید (پریبیوتیک)، 4- تیمار حاوی سطح 2 گرم مانان الیگوساکارید (پریبیوتیک) و سطح 2 گرم سینبیوتیک، 5- تیمار حاوی سطح 4 گرم سینبیوتیک و 6- تیمار حاوی 2 گرم مانان الیگوساکارید (پریبیوتیک) و سطح 4 گرم سینبیوتیک در جیره مصرفی به ازای هر راس بره بود. بین تیمارهای آزمایشی از لحاظ ماده خشک مصرفی تفاوت معنی داری وجود نداشت. داده های افزایش وزن روزانه نشان داد که در روزهای 30 تا 60، تیمار 2 گرم سینبیوتیک و 2 گرم پریبیویتیک (03/0= P)، در روز 60 تا 90 تیمار 4 گرم سینبیوتیک و 2 گرم پریبیویتیک (03/0= P) و در روز 90 تا 110 آزمایش تیمار 2 گرم سینبیوتیک و 2 گرم پریبیویتیک (02/0= P) به طور معنی داری بالاتر از سایر تیمارها بود. بهترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی در روزهای صفر تا 30 و 30 تا 60، در تیمار 2 گرم سینبیوتیک (04/0= P) و در روز 60 تا 90 در تیمار 4 گرم سینبیوتیک و در روز صفر تا 110 آزمایش در تیمار 2 گرم سینبیوتیک (04/0= P) وجود داشت. غلظت گلوکز و لیپوپروتئین با دانسیته بالا در تیمار 4 گرم سینبیوتیک و 2 گرم پریبیوتیک (02/0= P)، غلظت کلسترول و نیتروژن اوره خون در تیمار شاهد (03/0= P) و پروتئین تام در تیمار 4 گرم سینبیوتیک و 2 گرم پریبیوتیک (02/0= P) به طور معنی داری بالاتر بود. در صفات وزن پیش از کشتار (03/0= P)، وزن لاشه گرم و سرد (03/0= P)، درصد لاشه گرم (02/0= P) و سرد (01/0= P)، درصد ران، سردست و همچنین pH گوشت و اکسیداسیون چربی عضله راسته (04/0= P) تفاوت معنی داری وجود داشت. آنالیز نهایی داده ها  نشان داد که در افزایش وزن روزانه، ضریب تبدیل غذایی و صفات کمی و کیفی لاشه، تیمار 4 حاوی 2 گرم مکمل سینبیوتیک و پریبیوتیک نسبت به سایر تیمارها دارای عملکرد بهتری بود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">This study investigated the effect of yeast riched with hydrolyzed mannan oligosacharid and symbiotic on growth performance, blood parameters and carcasses charchtristics in weaning male lambs. This study was carried out in a completely randomized design with factorial arrangement of 3*2 with 6 replicates on 36 male lambs. Treatments included: 1-control without supplementation, 2-treatment containing 2.0 grams of synbiotic, 3-treatments containing 2.0 grams of oligosaccharide (prebiotic), 4-treatment containing 2.0 g of mannose oligosaccharide (prebiotic) and 2.0 g of synbiotic, 5-treatment containing 4.0 g of synbiotic and 6-treatment containing 2.0 g of mannose oligosaccharide (prebiotic) and 4.0 g of synbiotic in the diet per lamb. There was no significant difference between the treatments in terms of dry matter intake. Daily weight gain data showed that on days 30 to 60, 2.0 g of synbiotic and 2.0 g of prebiotic (P= 0.03), on days 60 to 90 of 4.0 g of synbiotic and 2.0 g of prebiotic (P= 0.03) and 2.0 g synbiotic and 2.0 g prebiotic (P= 0.02) were significantly higher on days 90 to 110 than other treatments. The best feed conversion ratio at days 0 to 30 and 30 to 60, at 2.0 g synbiotic treatment (P= 0.04) and at day 60 to 90 at 4.0 g synbiotic treatment and at day 0 to 110 trials was 2.0 g of synbiotic (P= 0.04). Concentration of glucose and HDL in 4.0 g synbiotic and 2.0 g prebiotic (P= 0.02), cholesterol and BUN concentration in control (P= 0.03) and total protein in 4.0 g synbiotic and 2.0 grams of prebiotic (P= 0.02) was significantly higher. There was a significant differences in pre-slaughter weight (P= 0.03), hot and cold carcass weight (P= 0.03), percentage of hot carcass (P= 0.02) and percentage of cold carcass (P= 0.01), thigh percentage, meat pH and TBARS significant differences were found.
