fa اثر دانه کلزا (خام و برشته) و سطوح کنسانتره جیره بر عملکرد و صفات کمی و کیفی لاشه بره‌های نر لری تغذیه نشخوارکنندگان تغذیه نشخوارکنندگان پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;">&nbsp;&nbsp; این تحقیق به‌منظور بررسی اثر دانه کلزا (خام و برشته) و سطح کنسانتره جیره بر عملکرد رشد و صفات کمّی و کیفی لاشه بره‌های نر نژاد لری انجام شد. برای انجام آزمایش، تعداد 54 رأس بره&shy;ی نر 0/86</span><span style="font-family:Cambria,serif;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;">30 کیلوگرمی انتخاب شد. تیمارها شامل</span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"> دو سطح </span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;">دانه کلزا </span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;">(خام و برشته) و سه سطح کنسانتره (60، 70 و 80 درصد) بوده که</span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"> بر اساس آزمایش</span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;">فاکتوریل با طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی (3&times;2) با سه تکرار (هر تکرار شامل 3 رأس بره)</span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;"> انجام شد.</span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;">اثر دانه کلزا </span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;">(خام و برشته) و سطح کنسانتره جیره بر افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل غذایی معنی‌دار شد </span>(0/05></strong><strong>p</strong><strong>)<span style="font-family:2 Mitra;">. بیشترین افزایش وزن و بهترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی به‌ترتیب با میزان 230 گرم و 52/5 در بره‌های تغذیه‌شده با دانه کلزا برشته و 70 درصد کنسانتره بود. دانه کلزا (خام و برشته) و سطح کنسانتره جیره اثر معنی‌داری روی درصد گوشت لخم، درصد کل چربی لاشه و درصد لاشه سرد و گرم داشت </span>(0/05></strong><strong>p</strong><strong>)<span style="font-family:2 Mitra;">. بالاترین راندمان لاشه، وزن لاشه سرد بدون دنبه و درصد گوشت لخم مربوط به بره‌های تغذیه‌شده با دانه کلزا برشته و 70 درصد کنسانتره بود </span>(0/05></strong><strong>p</strong><strong>)<span style="font-family:2 Mitra;">. نتایج نشان داد خصوصیات کیفی از جمله </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:8.0pt;">pH</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;">، ترکیب شیمیایی و رنگ گوشت تحت تأثیر جیره‌های آزمایشی قرار نگرفت اما درصد گوشت لخم در تیمار 70 درصد کنسانتره و دانه کلزا </span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;">برشته </span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:2 Mitra;">بیشتر از سایر تیمارها بود. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد تیمار دانه کلزا برشته و 70 درصد کنسانتره به دلیل خصوصیات عملکردی بالاتر و صفات لاشه بهتر نسبت به تیمارهای دیگر برتر بود.</span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">This study was conducted to investigate the effect of canola seed (raw and roasted) and diet concentrate levels on growth performance and quantitative and qualitative characteristics of carcass of Lori male lambs. A total of 54 male 30&plusmn;0.86kg lambs were selected for the experiment. Treatments consisted of two levels of canola seed (raw and roasted) and three levels of concentrate (60, 70 and 80%). The experiment was conducted as factorial with completely randomized design (2 &times; 3) with three replicates (each replicate containing 3 lambs). The effect of canola seed (raw and roasted) and diet concentrate level on weight gain and feed conversion ratio were significant (P<0.05). The most daily gain and the bet feed conversion ratio were 230g and 5.52 in lambs fed with roasted canola seed and 70% concentrate, respectively.&nbsp; The canola seed (raw and roasted) and diet concentrate had a significant effect on lean meat percentage, total carcass fat percentage and cold and hot carcass percentage (P<0.05). The highest carcass yield, cold carcass weight, carcass and meat percentage were related to lamb fed with roasted canola seed and 70% concentrate (P<0.05). The production cost per kg of live weight, cost per kg of carcass and lean meat in lambs fed roasted canola seed and 70% concentrate were lower than other treatments.
