fa تاثیر سطوح مختلف سین بیوتیک بر فراسنجه های عملکرد، پاسخ سیستم ایمنی و بافت شناسی روده کوچک بلدرچین ژاپنی Effect of Different Levels of Symbiotic on the Japanese Quail Performance, Immune Response and Small Intestine Histomorphology تغذیه طیور تغذیه طیور پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">     با هدف کاهش خطرات استفاده از آنتی بیوتیک ها در جیره طیور، بکارگیری افزودنی های جایگزین مانند ترکیبات پروبیوتیک و پریبیوتیک مورد توجه محققین قرار گرفته است. به منظور بررسی اثرات سطوح مختلف افزودنی سینبیوتیک )کیدی لاکت®( بر <a name="_Hlk3611706">فراسنجه های عملکرد، پاسخ سیستم ایمنی و بافت شناسی روده </a>کوچک در بلدرچین ژاپنی از 128 قطعه بلدرچین ژاپنی استفاده شد. جوجه بلدرچین ها به طور تصادفی به 4 گروه آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی و هر گروه آزمایشی شامل 4 تکرار و در هر تکرار شامل 8 پرنده تقسیم شدند. گروه های آزمایشی شامل گروه اول یا گروه شاهد بدون دریافت هیچ افزودنی به همراه جیره پایه، گروه های دوم، سوم و چهار به ترتیب جیره پایه را به علاوه سینبیوتیک (1، 2 و 3 گرم در یک لیتر آب) به مدت 30 روز از طریق آب آشامیدنی دریافت کردند. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، گروه های آزمایشی مختلف تاثیر معنی داری (05/0p < ) بر طول پرز، عمق کریپت روده بلدرچین ها داشتند به نحوی که طول پرز و عمق کریپت روده در گروه آزمایشی چهارم بیشتر از گروه شاهد بود ولی بر عوامل دیگر مرتبط با روده مانند وزن روده، طول دئودنوم، ژوژنوم، ایلئوم، ضخامت اپیتلیوم تاثیر معنی داری نداشتند. <a name="_Hlk2934461">درصد</a> مونوسیت، درصد ائوزینوفیل و <a name="_Hlk2939508">مقدار</a>Igγ  در گروه های آزمایشی بالاتر از گروه شاهد بودند (05/0p < ) ولی درصد لنفوسیت ها بین گروه های آزمایشی تفاوت معنی داری نداشت. در رابطه با فراسنجه های افزایش وزن روزانه، ضریب تبدیل غذایی، بین گروه های آزمایشی اختلاف معنی داری مشاهده نشد (05/0p >). نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که افزودن سینبیوتیک در مقادیر مذکور تاثیری بر عملکرد جوجه بلدرچین ها نداشته، ولی شاخص های ایمنی و فراسنجه های بافت شناسی روده باریک را بهبود می بخشد.    </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">     In order to reduce the risks of antibiotic use in poultry diets, the use of alternative additives such as probiotic and prebiotic compounds has attracted the attention of researchers. 128 quail chicks were randomly assigned to study the effects of different levels of synbiotic additive (KidiLact®) on performance parameters, immune response and histology of small intestine in Japanese quails. Quail chicks were distributed in completely randomize design with 4 experimental groups, and each experimental group consisted of 4 replicates and each replicate consisted of 8 birds. The experimental groups included either the first group or the control group without any supplement with the base ration, the second, third and fourth groups, the basal ration plus 1, 2 and 3 grams the synbiotic per liter of water, respectively for 30 days. According to the results of this study, different experimental groups had a significant effect on villi length, crypt depth, monocyte percentage, eosinophil percentage and Igγ percentage (p<0.05). The length of the villus and the intestinal crypt depth in the fourth experimental group were more than the control group, and daily weight gain parameters, the coefficient food conversion, intestinal weight, liver weight, duodenum, jejunum and ileum length, epithelial thickness and lymphocyte percentage were not significantly different between the experimental groups (p>0.05). Experimental groups also had significant effects on some immune response parameters in quail blood and monocyte percentage. Eosinophil and Igγ levels were higher in the experimental group than in the control group, but no significant difference were found in percentage of lymphocytes between the experimental groups was not difference. The results of this study showed that adding synbiotic has not a positive effect on the performance of avail chicks.
