این آزمایش، به منظور بررسی تاثیر سطوح مختلف پودر گوجه‌فرنگی (صفر، 4، 8 و 12 درصد) و مولتی آنزیم ناتوزیم پی (صفر و 05/0 درصد) بر عملکرد، فراسنجه‌های خونی و وضعیت آنتی اکسیدانی بلدرچین‌های ژاپنی طی دوره آغازین و رشد انجام شد. تعداد 320 قطعه جوجه بلدرچین یک روزه در 8 تیمار با 4 تکرار و 10 قطعه پرنده در هر واحد آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل ۲×۴ مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که افزودن سطوح مختلف پودر گوجه‌فرنگی، سبب افزایش خوراک مصرفی شد (05/0>p) به نحوی که این افزایش در تیمار تغذیه شده با 12 درصد پودر گوجه‌فرنگی بیشتر از سایر تیمارها بود. اثر متقابل پودر گوجه‌فرنگی و آنزیم ناتوزیم‌پی بر افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل غذایی معنی‌دار بود (05/0>p) و در گروه تغذیه شده با 8 درصد پودر گوجه‌فرنگی و سطح صفر آنزیم، بیشترین افزایش وزن و بهترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی مشاهده شد. غلظت گلوکز، تری‌گلیسرید، LDL، HDL،VLDL  و ﺁﻧﺰﻳﻢ‌ﻫﺎﻯ کبدی ﺁﻻﻧﻴﻦ‌‌ﺁﻣﻴﻨﻮ‌ﺗﺮﺍﻧﺴﻔﺮﺍﺯ و ﺁﺳﭙﺎﺭﺗﺎﺕ‌‌ﺁﻣﻴﻨﻮﺗﺮﺍﻧﺴﻔﺮﺍﺯ نیز تحت تاثیر اثر متقابل پودر گوجه‌فرنگی و آنزیم ناتوزیم قرار گرفتند (05/0>p). در بلدرچین‌های تغذیه شده با 4 درصد پودر گوجه‌فرنگی و سطح صفر آنزیم، بیشترین غلظت گلوکز پلاسما و کمترین غلظت ﺁﻧﺰﻳﻢ‌ﻫﺎﻯ ﺁﻻﻧﻴﻦ‌‌ﺁﻣﻴﻨﻮ‌ﺗﺮﺍﻧﺴﻔﺮﺍﺯ و ﺁﺳﭙﺎﺭﺗﺎﺕ‌‌ﺁﻣﻴﻨﻮﺗﺮﺍﻧﺴﻔﺮﺍﺯ و سوپر‌اکسید‌دیسموتاز به‌دست آمد. غلظت تری‌گلیسرید و VLDL در تیمار دارای 12درصد پودر گوجه‌فرنگی با آنزیم ناتوزیم، کمتر از سایر تیمارها بود اما در تیمار حاوی 12 درصد پودر گوجه‌فرنگی با سطح صفر آنزیم، کمترین غلظتLDL  و بیشترین غلظت HDL مشاهده شد. همچنین با افزودن سطوح مختلف پودر گوجه‌فرنگی، غلظت‌ مالون‌دی‌آلدئید و آنزیم گلوتاتیون‌پراکسیداز به ترتیب در گروه‌های تغذیه شده با 4 درصد و 12درصد پودر گوجه‌فرنگی، کمتر از سایر تیمارها بود (05/0>p). بر مبنای یافته‎های تحقیق می‎‌توان بیان نمود که افزودن توام پودر گوجه‌فرنگی و آنزیم به جیره بلدرچین‎های ژاپنی می‌تواند سبب بهبود عملکرد و تقویت فعالیت آنتی‎اکسیدانی ‎شود.
