     هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر فصل زایش بر برخی از صفات تولیدی شامل: میزان تولید شیر، درصد چربی و برخی صفات تولید مثلی شامل: طول دوره آبستنی، وزن تولد گوساله و همچنین، برآورد پارامتر­های ژنتیکی صفات مورد مطالعه بود. در این مطالعه از اطلاعات مربوط به 22360 رأس گاو شیری نژاد هلشتاین 65 گله­ی استان تهران که طی سال­های 1390 تا 1394 توسط مرکز اصلاح نژاد دام کشور جمع­ آوری شده بود، استفاده گردید. مطالعه اثرات ثابت (گله، سال و فصل زایش) و آزمون­ های مقایسه میانگین با استفاده از رویه­ی GLM نرم­افزار 9.2  SAS صورت گرفت. پارامترهای ژنتیکی توسط نرم­افزار  3.0 ASReml برآورد شد. فصل زایش بر همه صفات تأثیر معنی­دار داشت (05/0>p). بیشترین میزان تولید شیر در فصل پاییز (41/43±93/8765 کیلوگرم) مشاهده شد. بیشترین و کمترین مقادیر میانگین درصد چربی به­ترتیب در پاییز (01/0±20/3 درصد) و زمستان (01/0±18/3 درصد) بود (05/0>p). طولانی ­ترین و کوتاه ­ترین دوره آبستنی به ­ترتیب در تابستان (65/1±95/289 روز) و بهار (66/1±33/219 روز) مشاهده گردید. بیشترین و کمترین وزن تولد گوساله به­ترتیب در زمستان (37/0±86/42 کیلوگرم) و تابستان (34/0±31/42 کیلوگرم) مشاهده شد (05/0>p). وراثت­پذیری برای تولید شیر، درصد چربی، دوره آبستنی و وزن تولد گوساله به ترتیب 01/0±17/0، 01/0±02/0، 008/0±03/0 و 11/0±30/0 برآورد شد. همبستگی­های ژنتیکی و فنوتیپی تولید شیر و درصد چربی به­ترتیب 01/0±08/0- و 12/0±29/0 مشاهده شد. مقادیر همسبتگی ژنتیکی و فنوتیپی بین وزن تولد گوساله با طول دوره آبستنی به­ترتیب 03/0±05/0 و 18/0±20/0 بود. بکارگیری برنامه­های مدیریتی مانند تعیین زمان مناسب برای تلقیح گاو­های ماده آماده آبستنی، می­تواند به­بهبود میزان تولید شیر و درصد چربی در پاییز و زمستان منجر شود. با توجه به همبستگی مثبت بین وزن تولد گوساله و طول دوره آبستنی، مدیریت صحیح و تغذیه مناسب، می­ تواند در کاهش نرخ سخت­ زایی در فصول سرد مؤثر باشد.
