چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف:
مواد معدنی از مراحل اولیه در زندگی پستانداران نقش مهمی ایفا می­کنند. کلات آهن- اسید­آمینه به عنوان مکمل خوراکی در جیره حیوانات استفاده شده است. بر این اساس مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی تاثیر شیر همراه با آهن آلی بر عملکرد، سلامت و اسهال، فراسنجه­ های خونی، غلظت مواد معدنی در بره­ های شیر­خوار انجام شد.

 مواد و روش­ ها: سی و شش راس بره تازه متولد شده دالاق (وزن تولد 0/4± 3/8 کیلو­گرم) به طور تصادفی به 3 گروه با 12 تکرار تقسیم شدند. بره­ های گروه کنترل با شیر بدون آهن آلی تغذیه شدند. سایر گروه ­ها به ترتیب با 25 و 50 میلی­ گرم بر کیلو­گرم آهن آلی در شیر به مدت 45 روز تغذیه شدند. بره ­ها هر 15 روز وزن شدند. مقدار خوراک مصرفی و پس­ آخور به صورت روزانه ثبت شد. مدفوع بره ­ها به صورت روزانه برای بررسی سلامت مدفوع جمع ­آوری شد. در نهایت برای اندازه­ گیری متابولیت­ های خونی، نمونه خون از سیاهرگ گردن بره­ ها در روز 45 گرفته شد.
یافته ­ها: در کل دوره آزمایشی و از سن 15 تا 30 و 31 تا 45 روزگی، وزن روزانه و وزن کل بدن در گروه­ های تیمار شده با آهن آلی نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش یافت (0/05 >p). کاهش معنی­ داری در تعداد بره ­های مبتلا به اسهال و میانگین روز­های ابتلا به اسهال، در بره ­های دریافت ­کننده آهن آلی دیده شد (0/05 >p). تغذیه مکمل آهن آلی در بره ­های شیر­خوار افزایش معنی­ داری در غلظت آهن پلاسما و کاهش معنی ­داری در غلظت مس پلاسما نشان داد (0/05 >p). غلظت سایر عناصر معدنی (کلسیم، فسفر و روی) تحت تاثیر مصرف مکمل آهن آلی در بره ­های شیر­خوار قرار نگرفتند. همچنین، تجویز آهن به صورت خوراکی در بره ­های شیر­خوار هیچ تاثیری بر غلظت متابولیت ­های خون (کلسترول، گلوکز، تری­گلیسرید، اوره، پروتئین تام، آلبومین و گلوبولین ) در میان گروه­ های آزمایشی نداشت.
نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که استفاده از مکمل آهن آلی باعث بهبود عملکرد، سلامت و فراسنجه ­های بیوشیمیایی در بره­ های شیر­خوار می­ شود.
