چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: لیکوپن (C40H56) یک کاروتنوید محلول در چربی با بیش‌ترین فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی در بین کاروتنوئیدها است. اثرات مثبت لیکوپن در کاهش تنش اکسیداتیو و بهبود کیفیت محصولات دامی گزارش شده است. انتظار می‌رود که افزودن آنتی‌اکسیدان‌های قوی مثل لیکوپن بتواند در بهبود شرایط مطلوب شکمبه و متعاقب آن هضم خوراک و سلامت دام مفید باشند.  در این پژوهش تاثیرات سطوح مختلف لیکوپن بر پارامترهای تخمیر شکمبه ای به صورت برون تنی، و بر قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی و مصرف خوراک بره های پرواری بررسی شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه، در مرحله اول تاثیر سطوح صفر (شاهد)، 0/4، 0/8، 1/6 و 2/4 میلی‌گرم لیکوپن در گرم ماده‌خشک در قالب یک طرح کاملا تصادفی بر گوارش‌پذیری و فراسنجه‌های هضم و تخمیر به روش آزمایشگاهی بررسی شد. در مرحله دوم، تأثیر جیره‌ برگزیده شده از مرحله آزمایشگاهی (جیره با4/2 ‌گرم در کیلوگرم ماده خشک مکمل لیکوپن) بر مصرف خوراک و قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی 20 رأس بره پرواری بررسی شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش سطح لیکوپن در جیره پتانسیل تولید گاز روند کاهشی داشت (0/05>p) و مقدار آن برای سطوح صفر (شاهد)، 0/4، 0/8، 1/6 و 2/4 میلی‌گرم لیکوپن در گرم ماده‌خشک به‌ترتیب 65/8، 64/5، 64/2، 64/2 و 58/4 میلی‌لیتر بود. افزایش سطوح لیکوپن باعث افزایش ضریب‌تفکیک (4/91، 4/92، 5/01، 5/1 و 5/44 میلی‌گرم بر میلی‌لیتر) و تولید پروتئین‌میکروبی (198، 200، 203، 208 و 220 میلی‌گرم) شد (0/05>p). افزودن لیکوپن به جیره سبب کاهش معنی‌داری در نیتروژن‌آمونیاکی شکمبه شد (05/0>p) و مقدار آن برای سطوح صفر، (شاهد)، 4/0، 8/0، 6/1 و 4/2 میلی‌گرم لیکوپن در گرم ماده‌خشک به‌ترتیب 5/15، 5/15، 4/15، 3/15 و 3/15 میلی‌گرم بر دسی‌لیتر بود. با این وجود میزان تولید اسیدهای‌چرب کوتاه‌زنجیر، انرژی قابل‌متابولیسم و گوارش‌پذیری ماده‌آلی تحت تاثیر لیکوپن قرار نگرفت. آزمایش هضم دو‌مرحله‌ای تلی‌و‌تری نشان داد که لیکوپن تاثیر معنی‌داری بر هضم‌پذیری ماده خشک، الیاف نامحلول در شوینده‌خنثی و اسیدی نداشت. در آزمایش درون‌تنی، مکمل لیکوپن سبب افزایش مصرف ماده‌خشک مصرفی شد و هیچ تاثیری بر گوارش‌پذیری مواد مغذی جیره نداشت.

نتیجه‌گیری: افزودن لیکوپن به جیره بره پرواری سبب بهبود ضریب‌تفکیک و افزایش تولید پروتئین‌میکروبی در شرایط برون‌تنی شد و همچنین باعث افزایش مصرف خوراک بره‌های پرواری شد.
