چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: افزایش سرعت رشد، کوتاه شدن طول دوره پرورش و بهبود راندمان خوراک در جوجه‌های گوشتی زمینه را برای بروز تعدادی ‌از ناهنجاری‌های متابولیکی از جمله سندرم آسیت فراهم کرده است. این آزمایش به‌منظور بررسی اثر آنتی اکسیدانی عصاره اتانلی گیاهان دارویی (عصاره‌های اتانلی پودر برگ زیتون، سیر، چای ترش و ترکیبی از آنها) بر عملکرد، فراسنجه‌های خونی و پاسخ ایمنی جوجه‌های گوشتی تحت شرایط القای آسیت اجرا شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: تعداد 360 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر سویه هوبارد در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با شش تیمار و چهار تکرار و تعداد 15 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار استفاده شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 1) جیره شاهد 2) جیره حاوی 500 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم ویتامین C، 3)جیره حاوی 500 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم عصاره پودر برگ زیتون 4) جیره حاوی500 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم عصاره سیر 5) جیره حاوی 500 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم عصاره چای ترش 6) جیره حاوی ترکیب سه عصاره گیاهی بودند. جهت القای آسیت همه جوجه‌ها از 15 تا 42 روزگی تحت تنش سرمایی 15 درجه ‌سانتی‌گراد قرار گرفتند. در طول دوره پرورش، صفات عملکردی (وزن بدن، خوراک مصرفی) به صورت هفتگی ثبت شد. برای اندازه‌گیری فراسنجه‌های بیوشیمیایی خون و هورمون‌های تیروئیدی، در انتهای آزمایش تعداد 2 نمونه خون از جوجه‌های هر تکرار تهیه شد. برای سنجش پاسخ حساسیت بازوفیلی جلدی (CBH) از تزریق فیتوهماگلوتنین (PHA-P) بین پرده پای انگشتان پرنده استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که تیمارهای آزمایشی اثر معنی‌داری بر وزن بدن و مصرف خوراک نداشتند ولی تیمارهای عصاره سیر، عصاره چای ترش و ویتامین C موجب بهبود ضریب تبدیل خوراک شدند (0/05p<). اندام‌های احشایی تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت لیکن نسبت بطن راست به کل بطن در نتیجه تنش سرمایی افزایش یافت (0/05>P) و استفاده از ترکیبات آنتی‌اکسیدانی موجب بهبود نسبی آن شد. فراسنجه‌های خونی گلوکز، کلسترول و آنزیم آسپارتات آمینو ترانسفراز تحت تاثیر تیمارهای آزمایشی قرار نگرفت. در نتیجه تنش سرمایی، غلظت آلبومین و تری‌گلیسرید خون کاهش و غلظت اسید اوریک خون افزایش یافت (0/05p<). استفاده از ترکیبات آنتی اکسیدانی بخصوص ویتامین C شاخص پراکسیداسیون لیپید را کاهش و پاسخ حساسیت بازفیلی جلدی را افزایش داد (05/0>P). استفاده از ترکیب سه عصاره گیاهی منجر به کاهش غلظت سرمی هورمون T3 شد (0/05>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: استفاده از ویتامین  Cو ترکیبی از سه عصاره پودر برگ زیتون، سیر، چای ترش موجب بهبود فراسنجه‌های عملکردی، خونی و ایمنی تحت شرایط القای آسیت می‌شود.
