چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: یکی از مشکلات اساسی تغذیه مرغ‏های بومی جهت تولید مطلوب تخم‌مرغ کمبود مواد معدنی به خصوص منابع کلسیمی می‌باشد. کلسیم در پلاسمای خون وجود دارد و جزئی از سلول‌ها و بافت‌های بدن بوده و برای فعالیت برخی از سیستم‌های آنزیمی دخیل در انتقال جریانات عصبی، انقباضات ماهیچه‌ای و ضربان طبیعی قلب ضروری است و همچنین به همراه فسفر جهت انتقال چربی به زرده ضروری است. در این مطالعه تاثیر سطوح مختلف کلسیم و فسفر جیره بر عملکرد، ایمنی، خصوصیت تخم مرغ، درصد فسفر و کلسیم استخوان و جوجه‏ درآوری مرغ های بومی استان خراسان رضوی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش با استفاده از 200 قطعه مرغ بومی بصورت آرایش فکتوریل و در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تیمار، 5 تکرار (20 گروه آزمایشی) و 10 مشاهده در هر تکرار  اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل دو سطح کلسیم (2/5 و 3/5)  و فسفر کل (0/5 و 0/75)  برحسب درصدی از جیره بودند. مرغ ها در طول دوره‌ آزمایش آب و غذا را آزادانه در اختیار داشتند. تخم‌مرغ‌های تولیدی مرغ‏ ها در هر پن و به صورت روزانه جمع ‏آوری و توزین گردید و میانگین آن به عنوان وزن و تعداد آن ثبت شد. در پایان آزمایش، از هر تکرار یک قطعه مرغ انتخاب، کشتار و پس از جداسازی استخوان ران درصد کلسیم و فسفر اندازه گیری شد. برای اندازه‏ گیری تیتر آنتی‏ بادی علیه SRBC از روش هماگلوتیناسیون استفاده شد. کلیه‌ی داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SAS آنالیز و مقایسه‌ی میانگین‌ها بر اساس آزمون توکی انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، که فسفر تاثیر معنی‏داری بر وزن تخم‏ مرغ، درصد تولید، وزن توده تخم‏ مرغ، خوراک مصرفی و ضریب تبدیل خوراک نداشت (0/05<p). کلسیم تاثیر معنی داری بر تولید تخم مرغ داشت به صورتی که بیشترین درصد تولید و وزن توده تخم مرغ در سطح 3/5 درصد کلسیم مشاهده گردید، همچنین بیشترین مصرف خوراک مربوط به این تیمار بود (0/05>p). اثر متقابل فسفر و کلسیم شاخص‏های عملکرد بجز وزن تخم را به طور معنی‏ داری تغییر داد و بهترین ضریب تبدیل را تیمار حاوی 0/5 درصد فسفر و 3/5 درصد کلسیم به خود اختصاص داد (0/05>p). سطوح مختلف فسفر تاثیر معنی‏ داری بر ضخامت پوسته و خصوصیات استخوان ران نداشت (0/05<p) افزایش فسفر تاثیر بر جوجه‏ درآوری نداشت، اما کلسیم سبب افزایش 3 تا 9 درصدی جوجه ‏درآوری در طول دوره آزمایش شد (0/05>p). افزودن فسفر و کلسیم تاثیر معنی ‏داری بر شاخص‏های ایمنی نداشت (0/05<p).
نتیجه گیری: درکل نتایج نشان داد که می‏توان سطوح 0/5 درصد فسفر و 3/5 درصد کلسیم را بعنوان سطوح تامین کننده نیاز کلسیم و فسفر مرغ‏ های بومی گزارش نمود.
