چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: اسیدهای آلی یکی از جایگزین ­های آنتی بیوتیک­ های محرک رشد هستند که اثرات مفیدی بر عملکرد حیوان و جمعیت میکروبی دستگاه گوارش دارند. به طور کلی، افزودن اسیدهای آلی به خوراک سبب کاهش pH خوراک و دستگاه گوارش، تحریک رشد، کمک به غلبه جمعیت باکتری­های مفید بر باکتری­های بیماری­زا و کاهش متابولیت ­های سمی تولید شده توسط باکتری ­های مضر می ­شوند.
مواد و روش­ ها: تعداد ۲۴۰ قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک­روزه سویه راس ۳۰۸ در آزمایشی به ۴ تیمار آزمایشی، ۴ تکرار و 15 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی تقسیم شدند. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل سطوح صفر، ۲۰۰، ۳۰۰ و ۵۰۰ میلی­لیتر اسیدیفایر در ۱۰۰۰ لیتر آب آشامیدنی بودند.
یافته­ ها: ضریب تبدیل خوراک در جوجه­ هایی که دو سطح 200 و 500 میلی ­لیتر اسیدیفایر در 1000 لیتر آب آشامیدنی دریافت کردند، نسبت به تیمار شاهد کاهش یافت (0/01>p). شاخص کارایی اروپایی در تمام سطوح اسیدیفایر نسبت به تیمار شاهد بیشتر بود و روند افزایشی خطی معنی­ داری داشت (0/05>p). جوجه ­هایی که 500 میلی ­لیتر اسیدیفایر در آب دریافت کردند، کمترین ضریب تبدیل خوراک (1/64 در برابر 1/80؛ 0/01>p) و بیشترین شاخص کارایی اروپایی (394 در برابر 332؛ 0/05>p) را نسبت به شاهد داشتند. وزن بورس فابرسیوس، طحال و پانکراس در جوجه ­های دریافت کننده سطوح مختلف اسیدیفایر بیشتر از گروه شاهد بود (0/05>p). pH پیش ­معده و ژنوم جوجه ­هایی که 500 میلی­ لیتر اسیدیفایر و  pH  دوازدهه جوجه­ هایی که 300 میلی­ لیتر اسیدیفایر دریافت نمودند، نسبت به تیمار شاهد کاهش یافت (0/05>p). افزودن اسیدیفایر به آب آشامیدنی جوجه­ های گوشتی تفاوتی در شمار باکتری­ های لاکتوباسیلوس، کلی­فرم­ ها و اشریشیا کلی در ایلئوم ایجاد نکرد (0/05>p). ضخامت لایه لامینا پروپریا در جوجه­ هایی که سطح 300 میلی ­لیتر اسیدیفایر دریافت کردند، نسبت به سطح 200 میلی لیتر اسیدیفایر افزایش یافت (0/05>p). افزودن سطوح مختلف اسیدیفایر به آب آشامیدنی جوجه­ های گوشتی اثری بر عیار آنتی­بادی علیه SRBC و نیوکاسل نداشت. 
نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج نشان می­ دهند که سطح 500 میلی ­لیتر اسیدیفایر در 1000 لیتر آب آشامیدنی با افزایش وزن اندام ­های گوارشی نظیر پانکراس نسبت به تیمار شاهد و اسیدی کردن نواحی ابتدایی دستگاه گوارش، سبب بهبود عملکرد رشد می ­شود.
