چکیده مبسوط
مقدمه و هدف: کنجاله تخم‌پنبه محصول فرعی حاصل از جدا‏سازی روغن از تخم‌پنبه می ‏باشد که به علت داشتن گوسیپول، اسیدهای چرب سیکلوپروپنوئید، فیبر زیاد و کیفیت پایین پروتئین، استفاده از آن در تغذیه طیور محدود شده است. به این منظور در مطالعه حاضر، تأثیر سطوح مختلف کنجاله تخم پنبه به همراه سیلی مارین، بر عملکرد و برخی فراسنجه‌های خونی جوجه‌های گوشتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
مواد و روش‌ها:  تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل سطوح مختلف کنجاله تخم‌پنبه (صفر، 12 و 24 درصد جیره) و سطوح مختلف سیلی‌مارین (0 و 600 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم جیره) بودند که در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل 2×3 با 6 تیمار با استفاده از 240 قطعه جوجه گوشتی اجرا شدند. جیره ‏های آزمایشی برای دوره آغازین (1 تا 21 روزگی) و دوره پایانی (22 تا 42 روزگی) بر اساس احتیاجات توصیه شده انجمن ملی تحقیقات نوشته شد. اضافه وزن بدن و مصرف خوراک به صورت هفتگی بررسی شد. در روز 42 پرورش نیز خونگیری به منظور بررسی فراسنجه‌های لیپیدی خون انجام گرفت. وزن سینه، ران‌ها، چربی حفره بطنی، کل دستگاه گوارش، کبد، طحال و بورس فابرسیوس نیز در رزو 42 اندازه‌گیری و داده‏ های آن به صورت درصدی از وزن زنده گزارش شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که در دوره آغازین، افزودن سیلی مارین به جیره حاوی 12 درصد کنجاله تخم‌پنبه به طورمعنی‌داری باعث افزایش مصرف خوراک شد. در دوره رشد و نیز کل دوره افزودن سیلی‌مارین به جیره شاهد باعث کاهش معنی‌دار مصرف خوراک شد. در سطوح مختلف کنجاله تخم‌پنبه، افزودن سیلی‌مارین نتوانست تاثیر معنی‌داری بر اضافه وزن و ضریب تبدیل خوراک جوجه‌های گوشتی داشته باشد. بالاترین وزن نسبی ران در پرندگان تغذیه شده با جیره بدون تخم‌پنبه و سیلی‌مارین مشاهده شد (0/05p<). بیشترین وزن سینه مربوط به تیمار بدون کنجاله تخم‌پنبه و حاوی سیلی‌مارین بود اما بالاترین وزن دستگاه گوارش مربوط به پرندگان دریافت کننده جیره دارای 12 درصد کنجاله تخم‌پنبه و سیلی‌مارین بود (0/05p<). افزودن سیلی‌مارین در عدم حضور کنجاله تخم‌پنبه باعث کاهش معنی‌دار غلظت LDL سرم خون شد اما در حضور کنجاله تخم‌پنبه (سطح 12 درصد) افزایش معنی‌دار این فراسنجه را در پی داشت (0/05p<). افزودن سیلی‌مارین در عدم حضور کنجاله تخم‌پنبه باعث افزایش معنی‌دار و در حضور کنجاله تخم‌پنبه باعث کاهش غلظت تری‌گلیسرید خون شد هر چند این کاهش در سطح 24 درصد معنی‌دار نبود.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که افزودن سیلی‌مارین در سطح 600 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم به جیره دارای کنجاله تخم‌پنبه در جوجه‌های گوشتی نتوانست اثرات منفی ناشی از گوسیپول را کاهش دهد.
