   امروزه یکی از جایگزین‌های نوین آنتی‌بیوتیک‌ها، نانوذرات نقره است. نقره یکی از عناصری است که به ­علت فعالیت وسیع آنتی­ باکتریالی خود در فنآوری نانو از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر نانو نقره پوشش داده شده بر زئولیت بر عملکرد، مورفولوژی روده و جمعیت میکروبی دستگاه گوارش جوجه­ های گوشتی تحت شرایط تنش گرمایی بود. تعداد 375 قطعه جوجه گوشتی یک روزه سویه کاب در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 5 تیمار، 5 تکرار و 15 قطعه جوجه گوشتی در هر تکرار توزیع شدند. تیمار­های آزمایشی شامل: 1) جیره پایه، 2) جیره پایه دارای یک درصد زئولیت، 3) جیره پایه دارای یک درصد زئولیت که پوشش داده شده با 5/0 درصد نانو نقره، 4) جیره پایه دارای یک گرم در هر کیلو­گرم اسید اُرگانیک و 5) جیره پایه دارای یک درصد زئولیت پوشش داده شده با 5/0 درصد نانو نقره و یک گرم در هر کیلو­گرم اسید اُرگانیک بود.به ­منظور اندازه­ گیری وزن اندام­ های داخلی و شمارش جمعیت میکروبی دستگاه گوارش در روز­های 21 و 42 و بررسی مورفولوژی روده در روز­های 35 و 42 دوره پرورش دو قطعه جوجه از هر واحد آزمایشی کشتار شدند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر بیانگر این است که کل دوره پرورش تیمار دارای نانوذرات نقره ضریب تبدیل بیشتری نسبت به سایر تیمار­ها داشت. همچنین طول پرز در روز 35 دوره پرورش در تیمارهای آزمایشی تفاوت معنی­ داری با تیمار شاهد داشت (05/0>p). در روز 42 دوره پرورش بیشترین طول پرز مربوط به تیمار نانوذرات نقره و نانوذرات نقره به ­همراه اسید آلی بود. تأثیر تیمار‌‌های آزمایشی بر نتایج جمعیت میکروبی دستگاه گوارش در روز‌های 21 و 42 دوره پرورش معنی‌دار نبود. به ­طور کلی نتایج این پژوهش نشان­ دهنده این است که نانوذرات نقره پوشش داده شده بر زئولیت و به­ همراه اسید آلی می­ تواند به ­عنوان یک افزودنی غذایی در شرایط تنش گرمایی بدون اثر سوئی در تغذیه جوجه‌های گوشتی مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.
