     این پژوهش به­ منظور بررسی ارزش تغذیه ­ای بقایای باقلای عمل ­آوری شده با برخی ترکیبات شیمیایی با استفاده از روش ­های برون­تنی و تکنیک کیسه­ های نایلونی انجام شد. تیمارها شامل بقایای باقلای عمل­ آوری نشده (شاهد) و عمل­ آوری شده با آب (5/2 لیتر به ­ازای هر کیلوگرم ماده خشک)، اکسید کلسیم (160 گرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم ماده خشک)، پراکسید هیدروژن (57 میلی­ لیتر به ­ازای هر کیلوگرم ماده خشک) و هیدروکسید سدیم (50 گرم به ­ازای هر کیلوگرم ماده خشک) بودند. ترکیب شیمیایی نمونه ­ها با استفاده از روش ­های استاندارد تعیین شد. آزمایش تجزیه­ پذیری شکمبه ­ای با استفاده از تکنیک کیسه­ های نایلونی انجام شد. قابلیت هضم برون­تنی نمونه ­ها با استفاده از روش کشت بسته تعیین شد. عمل ­آوری بر ترکیب شیمیایی بقایای باقلا موثر بود. به­جز آب، سایر تیمارها باعث افزایش خاکستر و کاهش ماده آلی شدند (0001/0p=). تیمار اکسید کلسیم بیشترین تاثیر را بر صفات مورد اشاره داشت. مقدار پروتئین خام در همه تیمارها کاهش یافت (0001/0p=). کمترین مقدار در تیمارهای اکسید کلسیم و هیدروکسید سدیم مشاهده شد. مقدار الیاف نامحلول در شوینده اسیدی در تیمارهای اکسید کلسیم و پراکسید هیدروژن بیشتر از سایر تیمارها بود (0017/0p=). به­ جز اکسید کلسیم و آب، سایر تیمار­ها باعث افزایش تجزیه ­پذیری مؤثر در نرخ­ های عبور 2، 5 و 8 درصد در ساعت در بقایا­ی باقلا شدند (0001/0p<). تیمار پراکسید هیدروژن بیشترین تأثیر را در افزایش مقدار تجزیه­ پذیری موثر داشت. تیمار هیدروکسید سدیم مقدار قابلیت هضم ماده خشک (0001/0p=) و ماده آلی (0029/0p=) را افزایش داد. همچنین تیمارهای اکسید کلسیم و پراکسید هیدروژن باعث افزایش بازده تولید میکروبی شدند (0016/0p=). به طور کلی نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که تیمارهای هیدروکسید سدیم و پراکسید هیدروژن بیشترین تأثیر را در بهبود ارزش تغذیه ­ای بقایا­ی باقلا داشتند.
